At present,there are frequent incidents of bullying on the campus and social concerns have arisen.Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on this,but they are mainly holistic and qualitative.In empirical studies,there are few studies on the individual factors of students,and most of the survey samples are selected in large and medium-sized cities.In the case of bullying,the bully tends to show the image of the winner,while the bullied person always represents the injured party,but the bully has also been greatly affected by the growth process.In reality,many adult criminals come from bullying,which means that school bullying in that year is most likely to turn into a sin in adulthood.In this sense,bullies are also victims.This study is based on a survey of X Middle School and focuses on the bullying party.Based on previous research,the data and data are collected through questionnaires and supplemented by interviews.Individual factors are used as independent variables.Whether or not to participate in bullying behavior as a dependent variable,use chi-square test,independent sample T test for initial variable screening,and then use two-class logistic regression analysis methods to explore student individual factors including student family background,learning situation,personality characteristics,and interpersonal communication.The relationship between the five aspects of psychological conditions and psychological behavior and the bullying behavior of middle school students,and recommendations from the individual,parents,school,and society level,with a view to gain an in-depth understanding of individual factors of bullying behavior in schools,and to theoretically understand bullying.The nature of the behavior provides a certain basis for the prevention and treatment of bullying behavior of rural students from the practical aspects.After the analysis of the survey results,the main findings of this study are as follows:(1)Sample school students have higher incidence of bullying.(2)Bullying behaviors of rural middle schools in individual family background(family structure,parenting,parental education,parental interpersonal interpersonal contradictions),learning situation(academic records,absenteeism),personality traits(overbearing impulse,lack of Compassion and loving attention),personal relationships(communication with fathers,mothers and friends),psychological status(school life,life satisfaction).(3)In terms of individual factors,family structure,parenting style,parental occupation,parental education level,academic performance,communication with father,mother,friend,school life feeling,life satisfaction and other factors are negative for rural middle school bullying behavior.The predictive role,and the family internal interpersonal contradictions,absenteeism,personality characteristics of overbearing impulse,lack of sympathy,like attention and other factors have a positive predictive effect on bullying behavior in rural middle schools.Among the individual factors that have more prominent effects are family structure,parenting style,parental occupation,and father's education level.Through the analysis of individual factors,to achieve the goal of alleviating or preventing bullying in rural middle schools,the author believes that at the individual level,students should actively study and improve their personality,establish good peer relationships and improve their own moral accomplishments.At the family level,parents Should pay attention to family education,change the concept of education,establish a reasonable way of education,emphasis on children's cognitive and rules of education,improve their own quality of children,good children's role model,to create a good family atmosphere,to provide children the warmest harbor;in school At the social level,we should raise awareness of bullying in schools,strengthen management,carry out mental health education extensively,improve students' qualities,improve the quality of teachers'ethics,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,create an educational environment that optimizes education and cultivate students' quality.At the social level,Create a good social atmosphere,improve the legal environment,schools,families and the community to form an educational force to strengthen education and security.
