Raising the quality of preschool education is to improve the quality of the next generation of basic protection of talent,and the quality of pre-school education depends on whether the high-quality kindergarten teachers.With the economic and social development,the employer's requirements for kindergarten graduates are getting higher and higher,not only concerned about student skills,but also pay attention to cultural literacy.Xinjiang Kindergarten Normal School is the most professional and secondary school in Xinjiang.But the students half of the nation,but the cultural literacy unsatisfactory,most students only before the exam to pay attention to language classes,over time,the language class in teaching more and more students and teachers do not pay attention,lost their due position The Coupled with the kindergarten school has long been more emphasis on training students' professional skills,trying to train students a skill,making the language of this basic core curriculum is now facing an embarrassing situation.Kindergarten language teaching in order to obtain survival and development,we must change the current situation,teaching reform.This paper tries to combine the experience of Chinese teaching in vocational colleges over the years,take Xinjiang Kindergarten Normal School as an example,study the present situation of kindergarten language teaching based on the improvement of professional ability,and sort out the main problems in kindergarten language teaching.The reasons for the problem,from the perspective of upgrading the professional ability to improve the kindergarten language teaching strategy.It is found that the main problems of Chinese teaching in Xinjiang Kindergarten Normal School are manifested in three aspects.First,the teaching aspects:curriculum does not reflect the characteristics of kindergarten teachers,teaching methods do not adapt to the curriculum content in the reform,teaching evaluation mechanism is old,the evaluation system is too modeled,ignoring the needs of students.Second,the students:the level of Putonghua good and bad,the story of the comprehensive ability is not high,there is no good children's literature appreciation ability,the application of writing attention is not enough.Third,the textbooks do not meet the actual level of students,professional is not obvious.In view of these problems,the results of this study show that in order to effectively improve the language ability of kindergarten students and their occupations,we must develop kindergarten professional characteristics of language teaching materials;the introduction of children's literature curriculum content;kindergarten language teaching and professional courses integration,To reflect the characteristics of young teachers teaching;to create a set of professional characteristics of teachers engaged in teaching evaluation system;combined with the characteristics of young teachers to practice teaching activities.
