Kindergarten teacher’s oral language is a required course for teachers in vocational high school.It has a very important influence on the education and teaching of preschool teachers.At present,the implementation of teacher oral English course is not satisfactory,while some teachers have realized the important role of kindergarten teachers’ oral language for young teachers’ professional students,but the implementation is not optimistic.This thesis interprets " oral language" on preschool teachers’ courses,puts forward some suggestions according to the analysis of the status quo for the implementation of curriculum of teacher spoken language,but also on the process of teaching how to scientific and rational use of modern teaching methods are explored.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the scope and methods of the study.The second part is the theory,including second chapters to fourth chapters,three chapters.Among them,the second chapter is the characteristics and requirements of kindergarten teacher oral English course.The third chapter,through questionnaires,investigated the current situation of oral communication teaching in this school,and analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of kindergarten teacher oral language from different angles and analyzed the reasons.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching of oral language for kindergarten teachers.The third part is teaching cases.Through investigation,we find out that students have different communicative competence and inadequate utilization of resources.In view of the problems this paper from the three aspects of school,teachers and students suggested: School: increase "kindergarten teachers" teaching oral language training time,rich in a variety of evaluation methods;teachers;deepening the understanding of "kindergarten teachers" oral language teaching,make full use of curricular and extracurricular teaching resources,the use of a variety of various ways of training,professional characteristics reflect the teachers in the teaching process,to fully consider the differences of students’ individual ability;students: "change of preschool teachers" spoken course view,deepen our understanding of it,actively participate in practice activities,enhance their ability.
