As C hina enters the stage of rapid urbanization, the contradiction between the supply and demand of basic public services has become increasingly prominent. The large increase in urban population and changes in the spatial distribution of population will become the mainstream of development and generate a "polarization effect" of the population, and this will bring continuous pressure to the deployment of basic public services in the city.Urban agglomeration is the advanced stage of urbanization development. The balanced development of education within urban agglomerations has become an unavoidable problem in the development of urban agglomerations. At the same time, the fully implemented "the universal two-child policy" in 2016 will affect the national fertility rate to a certain extent. Then it will change the number of new population and ultimately affect the population structure of the entire country. The two-child policy changes China's population and demographic structure, and then it will further affect the scale, structure, and quality of China's educational development. As a result, education development in C hina will face a series of chal enges.Education public service is an important part of basic public services, and the equalization of educational public service should not be ignored. This article is based on the POI data of basic education public service. This article use Spatial Analysis Method of Arc GIS and analysis in quantitative of the spatial pattern of the absolute number of education public services and per capita population in China and compare the two patterns and find out the differences. Then we combine with statistical data from multiple angles to analyze the factors that influence this pattern. It hopes to provide a scientific reference for the balanced allocation of educational resources in China and the equalization of educational public services. The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Through further analysis of nuclear density distribution,we find that the areas of high value for educational public services are in line with the areas of national and regional cities and there is no obvious overlap with regional urban agglomerations.we also find that the number of preschool, elementary school, secondary school, vocational and higher education resources on the east side of the Hu line accounted for 95.99%,94.14%,94.38%,94.69%,and 94.51%,respectively.The dividing line of China's basic education resources is basically consistent with the Hu line.We find that there is indeed a significant regional difference in the number of public services in East-Central and Western education and the problem of unequalization is very serious, but the distribution of educational public services is highly compatible with the distribution of population.(2)We find that there are different regional differences in different types of educational public services and the situation of unequal public services in preschool education is grim and the pattern of equalization per capita of education public service is better than that of absolute quantity o f education public service by comparison. The pattern of per capita quantity of different types of educational services shows a huge difference between things.Comparing the Spatial Patterns of Per Capita and Absolute Quantity in Public Services in Basic Education in Different Regions, the equalization of per capita and absolute number of different types of educational services shows a spatial pattern of similarities and differences. The number of per capita public services in preschool education is consistent with the pattern of absolute numbers. They are both east and west, and the problem of non-equalization is more serious. There is a big difference between the spatial pattern of per capita and absolute number of public services in primary, secondary, vocational and higher education,as the regions of high value and regions of low value are widely distributed in the eastern, central and western regions.(3)Population density, education expenditure, and investment in fixed assets are the main influencing factors in the formation of the spatial pattern of education public services, while the proportion of the tertiary industry,GDP per capita, and expenditures on science and technology have little impact on educational public services. The regression coefficients of population density and investment in fixed assets are all positive, positively effecting on the increase in the number of educational public service resources. The regression coefficient of GDP per capita is negative, which has a negative effect on the increase of education public service resources. The regression coefficient of the proportion of the tertiary industry, science and technology fiscal expenditure, and education financial expenditure are both in positive and negative, indicating that it has a positive effect on the impact of the number of educational service resources, and also has a negative effect.
