| With the development and continuously explore of the new curriculum reform of basic education,teaching idea and teaching behavior of teachers were changed greatly,the teaching focus gradually from teachers to students in the classroom,but "false learning" and "learning free" phenomenon is still widespread.In order to promote students to learn better and realize real learning,Cui Yunhuo,the director of the Institute of curriculum and instruction of East China Normal University,took the lead in putting forward a "Learning Plan".The Learning Plan is a professional program for learning,which is designed by teachers in order to facilitate children’s independent or social construction of knowledge.It is gradually favored by teachers and students of some schools and educators,but the speed of its promotion is still slightly slow.The vast majority of schools still choose the teaching of Learning Guide.As a kind of learning program,there are some intersections between Learning Guide and Learning Plan.This article contrasted the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan from two aspects of the text and the practice,in order to understand the similarities and differences of the two learning programs in a more comprehensive and systematic way.In this study,the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan were systematically understood through the literature method.Then,it was focused on high school teachers group to make the investigation of the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan teaching by the way of literature,interview,questionnaire investigation an so on.Reading and preparing a large number of samples of the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan,based on a clear comparison principle,this article made a theoretical comparison between the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan from the "background" and "guiding ideology","value proposition" and "structure","process" and "learning evaluation" of six aspects.Finally,under the support of the theory,the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan were used in the concrete classroom practice of high school biology.Then a series of investigations and further studies were carried out on the specific changes of the students’ learning and the changes in the classroom,and the results of the students’ study were evaluated.For the situation of the evaluation and existing problems,the author give the following suggestions on the implementation of the Learning Guide and the Learning Plan in high school biology teaching:(1)Reasonable choice according to the actual needs;(2)Integrate favorable resources to complement each other;(3)Pay attention to students’ learning and promote thinking;(4)Strengthen the intellect of communication and gather the wisdom of the masses;(5)Pay attention to the multiple evaluation and teaching feedback. |
