The Development Of Leisure Sports Of Dalian City Residents Under The Strategic Background Of "Healthy China 2030"

With the "Health China 2030 Planning outline" proposed,the national health issue has attracted much attention.Since the reform and opening up,with China's comprehensive national strength,economic level has been significantly improved,urban and rural environment has improved markedly,the national fitness movement has developed rapidly,health care service system is increasingly sound,people's living standards and sports awareness of fitness is gradually improving.But the health problems that have been exposed are equally noticeable.The "Healthy China 2030" plan outlines a series of measures and suggestions for promoting the development of leisure sports industry.The development of leisure sports industry can not only promote economic development but also make great contribution to improve the national health level.This article takes the "Healthy China" plan outline as the background,takes the Dalian as the platform.The aim is to enhance the enthusiasm of Dalian city residents to participate in the national fitness and leisure sports,to promote sports consumption in Dalian,and to provide some reference for the development of Dalian Leisure sports industry.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part is through the use of literature to define the relevant concepts and to the "Health China 2030 Planning Program" interpretation.The second part is through the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation law,from the level of residents ' leisure sports consumption,the objective of residents ' participation in leisure sports and the cognitive level of physical and mental health;third,the residents to participate in leisure sports fitness projects,the level of interest;four,Dalian City Leisure Fitness Stadium development status level;The degree of choice of residents participating in leisure sports;six,the resident participates in the Amateur Sports competition organization form level,understands the present Dalian resident Leisure Sports development present situation.The third part according to Dalian's current situation of the development of leisure sports,closely buckle "health China 2030" Planning outline requirements,try to put forward rational,feasible,targeted development ideas,which are suitable for Dalian leisure sports development.
