The knowledge in the classroom reflects the ideology of the mainstream social class and reflects the basic requirements of society for the kind of people that school education should foster.The purpose of controlling the knowledge in the classroom is to realize the control of the people in the society.The process of knowledge control in classroom teaching is also an embodiment of social control.As a representative of social norms,teachers convey mainstream social values and ideas to students in order to control knowledge and promote their development.The process of the teacher's classroom knowledge control is to regulate,distribute,transfer and evaluate the knowledge produced in the classroom.In this study,non-participatory observational methods were used to select teachers of different gender,different grades,different teaching subjects,different seniority,different degree of selection were observed for one month in the classroom,and detailed records.At the same time,questionnaires were prepared and distributed to investigate and analyze teachers' knowledge and understanding of classroom knowledge control,teachers' behavior in the process of classroom knowledge control,and teachers' self-cultivation in classroom knowledge control.Based on the collected information,the author finds out the existing problems and problems in the teachers' classroom knowledge control and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions to improve teacher's classroom knowledge control.At present,there are the following phenomena and problems in primary school teachers' knowledge control process:Different teaching age teachers have different understanding of classroom knowledge control;There are differences in the way teachers deal with conflict in classroom knowledge control;The knowledge distribution and transmission of teachers in the classroom are unbalanced and selective and teachers' evaluation of classroom knowledge is still mostly based on examination.According to the existing problems in the classroom knowledge control of primary school teachers,teachers should strive to improve their self-cultivation to more effectively realize the knowledge control in the classroom.First of all,teachers should set up the correct role of teachers and the concept of knowledge control in the classroom.Secondly,teachers should improve their level of quality in order to cope with the conflict of knowledge in the classroom.Thirdly,the teacher's classroom knowledge control should make the students' learning opportunities more equitable.Finally,teachers should emphasize diversity in the evaluation of classroom knowledge.
