The control of the primary school teachers in the classroom is divided into regulates control and knowledge control. knowledge control includes: controlling the plan of teaching activities and arrangements, controlling the teaching content, controlling the process of teaching activities and methods, controlling the teaching activities of the evaluation criteria; regulates control includes: controlling of the body of students, the management of classroom teaching space constitute, controlling the parts of teaching activities, the development of classroom discipline, the selection of interactive object in teaching and so on. Observation also found that the control of primary school teachers in junior and senior classrooms have different characteristics. These theories includes: social control theory, symbolic control theory, Boudreaux's Class Field Theory and cultural capital theory, Foucault's power and Regulations and training theory. The social roles and classroom behavior of primary school teachers and students are also analyzed. The fourth part, proposing some suggestions of improving the classroom control from the system, school and teachers, this paper proposes a number of recommendations to look forward to build a suitable physical and mental development of students and help teachers to implement the "classroom control", in order to achieve the main status of students.
