Classroom Control is a category of class management,in which Classroom Control plays an important role.In the process of teaching and learning,classroom control is always critical.Being part of the social system,Middle School's class is closely related to the society.In the social system,teachers and students keep closely interacting with each other,in which there is realization of certain functions and conflicts and contradictions as well.The thesis is a research in Classroom Control of the junior middle school in light of sociology.With the implementation of 2017 New Curriculum Reform,educators are required to pay more attention to fostering the students' critical competence,independent learning and creative ability,and eventually to improve the teachers' teaching and managing and propel the students' comprehensive development.Classroom Control means that the teachers,in accordance with the students activities in class,take timely and accurate actions to intervene,instruct,control and adjust.After a thorough survey of the relevant research into the Classroom Control,this thesis has chose Y Middle School as the research subject.Through a questionnaire survey of the students two classes of three grades in Y Middle School and interviews with representative teachers,this thesis reaches the solid situation of the Junior Middle School Classroom Control.Then this thesis investigates and analyzes teachers' Classroom Control in Y Middle School from four dimensions of conception,motivation,influence,and activity inclination.Via spssl7.0,this thesis finds the following elements that are influencing Classroom Control:teachers' disciplinary competence,teacher-student relationship,classroom environment,teachers,management concepts and so on.The investigation finds that current Junior Middle School teachers' teacher-directed class is positive in directing classroom teaching,the motive of class is for the cultivation of the students'intellect and the strategy of Classroom Control is generally mild and encouraging.Based on the analysis above,this thesis offers the following Classroom Control strategies for the improvement of middle school teachers' Classroom Control:Combine Leniency with Rigidity and deal with conflicts rightfully;Establish a teacher-student relationship following the principles of democracy,equality and harmony;Exert fully teachers' non-language influence;Strengthen the management of classroom environment;Enhance the students' ability of self-management and better understand the students to teach them in accordance with their aptitude.
