The control of classroom is a means of optimizing the teaching process.It is the regulation of teachers' teaching behavior and the adjustment of students' classroom behavior.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,education scholars pay more and more attention to the importance of students' autonomy in the classroom.This study uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method to study the primary school teachers in the classroom control of the status quo,including the classroom control concept,classroom control motivation,classroom control influence factors,classroom control behavior tendency four aspects.Which observation choose different grades,different seniority,different gender,different educational background teachers were more than a month of classroom observation,detailed record,also from classroom observation in the selected case incorporated into the questionnaire of classroom situation.The questionnaire survey method selects six primary schools as the research object;the interview method selects six represe ntative elementary school teachers to carry on the interview.Through the collection of various information to the status quo analysis,found the existing problems,put forward the corresponding solution strategy.Currently,the primary school teachers' classroom control still exist some problems.Through the investigation on the income results combined with interviews to the content and observed the actual content of the analysis,clear existing problems and triggered the cause of the problem are as follows: classroom control of primary school teachers "knowledge high action low";control of primary school teachers in the classroom will have differences in some extent because of the different objects;primary school teachers' classroom control knowledge a nd skills mainly from their own fumble in practice and the lack of system support;beginning teachers and mature teachers there worth learning from each other's advantages and assist each other in the development of space.This paper delivers the following countermeasures and suggestions as correspondent proposals,in order to improve the level of classroom control of primary school teachers to provide a little help.First ly,do a good job in the pre-vocational and post vocational education integration.Second ly,pay attention to growth of beginning teachers' predicament and mature teachers occupation slack.Thirdly,teachers should be strict with the degree,to create a harmonious,humanistic classroom teaching atmosphere.Fourthly,in-depth understanding of the students,establish the real classroom by using the appropriate control strategy.Fifthly,make use of their own advantages in classroom control.Sixthly,combining theory with practice,enrich the classroom control related knowledge,master the relevant skills of classroom control.
