According to the Education Department's "Opinion on Implementing the Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project in Colleges and Universities",ministry of Education Higher Education([2007] No.1)put forward the plan of overall education resources,improving and improving the influence factors of the teaching environment in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving teachers' teaching quality and students' learning quality.The physical education environment is an indispensable factor in the physical education process.Its important status is increasing year by year,has become a new era of hot spots.At present,there are still some shortcomings in the study of PE teaching environment in our country.The research on PE teaching environment is still at the exploratory stage of basic problems,lack of systematic research,lack of practical exploration;Appeal on the school sports environment is more chaotic,not enough unity;How to improve the sports environment,rational distribution of material environment,coordinated development of social and psychological environment,Synchronize the institutional environment,to achieve the optimal combination of the various elements of the school physical education environment,no systematic research;Research on the construction of physical education teaching environment evaluation index system is very scarce,there is no complete evaluation system for PE teaching environment.According to the above situation,this thesis,by investigating the constitutional elements of PE teaching environment in colleges and universities,constructing an index system of PE teaching environment evaluation,which provides a theoretical reference for the improvement of PE teaching environment in Liaoning Province.This thesis uses the literature data method to input keywords related to the physical education environment through the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,etc.,and consults related books to provide a theoretical basis for this research.The Delphi method was used to stratify and classify the physical education teaching evaluation indicators.Analyze the weight of each indicator using the analytic hierarchy process.Statistical analysis of the results of this study was performed using statistical methods.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.A total of three first-level indicators(physical environment,social psychological environment,and institutional environment)have been formulated in the evaluation index system of physical education teaching environment.8secondary indicators,30 tertiary indicators;2.The construction of the evaluation index systemwill enable the universities to be more targeted in the environment construction,to better promote students' physical education and improve teachers' teaching quality.Outlook: 1.Establishing an objective and complete evaluation index system for PE teaching environment is an extremely complicated task.It must be constantly revised and improved according to the actual situation.;2.The analytic hierarchy process used in this paper ensures that the physical education teaching environment evaluation system has a high degree of accuracy.However,in the process of making an expert survey,the subjective nature of the survey results is strong,and the age,identity and education level of the experts are different.The understanding of the physical education environment is also different.3.The evaluation index system of PE teaching environment in ordinary colleges and universities in Liaoning Province may cause some errors in the actual operation process.The accuracy of the calculation results needs further consolidation and improvement.
