With the rapid development of computer network technology and multimedia technology,online education,as a product of the collision of network and education,is urging various educational resources to be utilized and optimized to the utmost extent.At the same time,online learning has become an inevitable trend of informatization of learning.Based on this,SPOC came out.SPOC uses its “restrictive” curriculum access conditions to control “small-scale” learners for targeted teaching,thereby increasing participation and completion rates of online course.It is found through investigation that SPOC can transform the role of traditional teachers in the remodeling of classrooms,effectively improve the quality of teaching,and can innovate teaching models to comply with the needs of teaching reform.However,SPOC pays too much attention to the autonomy of learners and lacks the leading role of teachers in teaching activities.current SPOC teaching cannot solve the learning effect of learner self-discipline and self-learning ability in online education.Therefore,how to show the SPOC teaching advantage,improving the SPOC teaching effect and reforming the SPOC teaching model have become one of the hot issues in online education research.This research first uses the literature research method,combs and analyzes the research status of SPOC teaching mode and instructor-led Online Training at home and abroad.It focuses on comparing SPOC typical teaching cases at home and abroad,and finds that the problems in the SPOC teaching mode are combined with instructor-led Online Training.Feasibility.Secondly,based on Constructivism learning theory,Distributed cognition theory,Cooperative learning theory and Activity theory,it constructs a SPOC teaching model based on instructor-led online training.This model leads the learners through the teacher-led and online teaching-related mechanisms so that learners can purposefully and systematically participate in learning resources and teaching activities.At the same time,teachers can guide and lead learners to take the initiative through the SPOC teaching model based on instructor-led online training.Through detailed analysis of learner characteristics,teaching content analysis,teaching objectives analysis,and the design and development of learning resources,a detailed,actionable,guided SPOC teaching activity process was designed,including four parts: teaching objectives formulation,teaching content selection,teaching activity design,and teaching evaluation and feedback.It is supplemented by a diversified leading-oriented SPOC teaching evaluation system to provide feedback corrections for the entire teaching process and continuously improve the teaching model.Through the collaboration of teachers,students,peers and other related parties,the problem of independent online learning can solve.Thirdly,combining with the forms of running open universities in China and the basic features of open learners,the SPOC teaching model based on instructor-led online training has been applied in the “Principles of Political Science” course of 2016 administrative management major in Dalian Open University.Finally,we validated the effectiveness of this teaching model by examining the learner's learning effect,satisfaction and recognition.This study conducted questionnaires and interviews for learners in the experiment to obtain relevant learning feedback data.Through data analysis,the teaching experience of open education with certain promotional value was summarized,providing data support and practical value for its development and change.It is known from practice that the application of this teaching model in open universities needs to focus on the following four aspects: emphasizing the importance of the teacher's overall orientation and learner's subjectivity;designing diversified and hierarchical teaching activities;and the flexible and effective variety of settings interactive session;building an SPOC platform that provides real-time monitoring and learning support.Through the combination of instructor-led online training theory and SPOC,the SPOC teaching model based on instructor-led online training is constructed to promote the organic integration of teacher-led teaching activities and student-led learning activities,thereby greatly improving SPOC teaching effectiveness and teaching quality,in order to provide some guidance and help for the sustainable development of SPOC and the innovation of open education.
