Research On The Training Mode Of Modern Apprenticeship In Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

Modern apprenticeship originated in foreign countries,The practice of modern apprenticeship in China has gone through three stages: policy germination,policy pilot,and comprehensive policy promotion.At present,although the first two batch of modern apprenticeship pilot colleges in Guangxi have completed acceptance,due to the differences in local economy and the strength of colleges,there is a gap between the implementation progress and effectiveness of modern apprenticeship in Guangxi and other regions.Therefore,it is urgent to study the practice of modern apprenticeship training mode in Guangxi higher vocational colleges.The main body of this article is composed of five parts,the first part is the theoretical review,the second and third parts are the practical analysis,and the fourth and fifth parts are combined with the practical situation to explore the cause of the problem and propose countermeasures.In the specific research,the questionnaire survey,interview survey,and text analysis are used as research methods to comprehensively examine the practice of the modern apprenticeship training model in Guangxi higher vocational colleges.Based on the field investigation of three modern apprenticeship pilot vocational colleges in Guangxi,further analysis revealed that the modern apprenticeship training model of Guangxivocational colleges has insufficient cognition,the curriculum system lacks rationality,the practical training is not highly related to the profession,thelevel of teachers has not yet met the requirements of modern apprenticeship,the assessment is not comprehensive enough,and the dual identity of students is not guaranteed.Find the cause of the problem from the aspects of social environment,policy support,system building,institution building,etc.In the next step,it should focus on creating a good public opinion guidance environment,strengthen policy support and capital guarantee,constructing a modern apprenticeship standard system,strengthening the construction of the "dual mentor" team,constructing a multi-evaluation evaluation system,and improving the supervision and management mechanism to help the modern apprenticeship comprehensive Advance.
