| The goal of China’s new urbanization clearly states that the relative coordination of urbanization in the three dimensions of population, land and economy will help accelerate the process of urbanization in China.Only if the land, population and economy maintain good development and mutual coordination is the proper meaning of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, can the demands of new urbanization be satisfied and the strateg y of rural revitalization be realized. This study can distinguish the development model of various regions and delineate zoning from the perspective of multi-dimensional coordination of land, economy and population, which can play a useful reference for de epening the understanding of regional urbanization characteristics and mechanisms. This study takes Heilongjiang Province as an example for empirical research, and uses independent models to measure the land, population, economic characteristics, and land-population-economy multidimensional coordination of various cities in Heilongjiang Province, and divides the development model types according to the multidimensional coordination measurement results.,And discuss the development advantages and difficulties of various cities, and finally put forward development strategies and suggestions for each district from the perspective of multi-dimensional coordinated development. From the perspective of multi-dimensional coordination of land-population-economy to explore the provincial land space development strategy,it has a good reference for solving the current urban-rural gap and the contradiction between people and land, and has a beneficial reference value for enriching the theoretical system of research meth ods in related fields.First, this study analyzed the agricultural land pressure, urban population gap,and overall economic level of cities in Heilongjiang Province.Improve d the land management scale model proposed by relevant scholars from the perspective of equalization of urban and rural residents’income, and used the improved model to measure the land pressure of rural areas in various cities, and obtained the average farmland management scale of 11.6hm~2 for households in Heilongjiang Province.According to the total area of cultivated land in Heilongjiang Province, the rural area The population of land that can be carried is 4.69 million, and the remaining agricultural population is 11.02 million;the saturation value of the overall urbanization rate of Heilongjiang Province is 79.5%using the population trend extrapolation method, that is,the urban population carrying capacity is 30.31 million, according to each city(Region)The current situation of urban population is estimated. The urban population can absorb 7.89 million agricultural population;evaluate the overall economic level of cities in terms of government economic potential and household economic level.Using spatial analysis to explore the spatial pattern, the analysis results show that the land pressure, population gap,and high economic value areas of Heilongjiang Province are concentrated in the southwest zone, and the nuclear density centers are all in the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihaer industrial corridor.Secondly,a multi-dimensional coordination study on the land, population and economic system of cities in Heilongjiang Province was conducted.According to the analysis results of rural land pressure, urban population gap,and overall economic level of various cities in Heilongjiang Province, the rank(complex)correlation coefficient and coupling coordination degree are used to analyze the coordination of land, population, and economic system:(1)by land-population coordination analysis It can be seen that the cities in the west and south are regions with sharp contradictions in urban-rural coordinated development;(2)The land-economic coordination analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the scale management of agricultural land and the level of regional economic development;(3)the population-economic coordination analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the degree of urbanization of the rural population and the level of regional economic development. In general, the land-population,land-economy,and population-economy systems in Heilongjiang Province have all reached a very good level of coupling and coordination, and the high-value areas of the coupling and coordination pattern appear in the southwestern province.Promoting the t ransfer of surplus agricultural population to cities and towns, improving the quality of urban development and promoting the expansion of the scale of land management has become the main line in the process of coordinated urban-rural development.Furthermore, according to the results of coordinated multi-dimensional differentiation, the types of development models in various regions are revealed, and the spatial division is defined. The multi-dimensional coordination types of the land-population-economic system are differentiated, showing obvious clustering. The first category is the urban-rural coordinated Daqing, which is classified as an industrial transformation and shift zone in this study;the second category includes agricultural and forestry development Daxinganling,Hegang,Heihe,Jixi,Jiamusi,Mudanjiang,Qitaihe,Shuangyashan,Yichun, this study classifies it as an eco-agricultural development zone;the third category is the urban-rural gap type of Harbin City, this study classifies it as an urban radiation-driven area;the fourth category is the overall lagging type Qiqihar,Suihua,In this study,it is classified as an urban-rural composite optimization zone. Finally, the zoning control strategy is proposed. For industrial transformation and shif t zones,we should rely on existing financial advantages to find alternative industries and seek regional transformation and development;for ecological agricultural development zones,we should take the path of ecological green development and avoid homog eneous competition between neighboring regions;Urban radiation-driven areas should give full play to the leading role of big cities to promote the development of surrounding areas;for urban-rural composite optimization areas, industrial enterprises should be quickly cultivated to promote urban development, and agriculture should be multi-functional to digest the huge surplus agricultural population. |
