Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and national prosperity.The development of our country can not be separated from the development of education,and the modernization of education in our country can not be separated from the development and revitalization of rural education.The development of rural education,rural teachers are particularly critical.However,many problems and challenges faced by rural teachers have objectively restricted the sustainable and healthy development of rural education and hindered the realization of education equity.The value of work is an internal motivation of individual teachers,which will affect the attitude and mood of teachers in the work position.Working input is a kind of emotion and motivation related to the work of teachers.The influence of teachers 'work value and work input on each other will affect the improvement of education quality.Therefore,how to cultivate and guide rural teachers to establish positive and scientific work values and strengthen the degree of work input of rural teachers is an important issue that needs to be solved to improve the quality of rural education,promote the balance of urban and rural education,and achieve education equity.Using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case interview method,300 rural teachers in Hubei province were investigated and analyzed.Research on the status of rural teachers 'work values(including 7 dimensions of career development,material compensation,security and stability,altruistic dedication,prestige status,interpersonal relationships and organizational management)and work input(including 3dimensions of vitality,dedication,and focus)and rural teachers' work values and work We will find ways and means to cultivate and guide teachers in rural areas to establish the values of scientific work,and strengthen the input of teachers in rural areas,so as to provide practical reference for the government education department to formulate reasonable education policies,and ultimately promote education equity and the improvement of education quality.To realize the Chinese dream of great national renewal.The study found:(1)At present,the working values of rural teachers are generally positive,and there are differences in the demographic variables such as age,political appearance,teaching age,academic qualifications,and professional titles.(2)At present,the level of work input of rural teachers is generally relatively high,and there are differences in the age,political appearance,whether there are children,whether they live in the place of employment,teaching age,academic qualifications,bishops 'subjects and monthly wages.(3)There is a significant relationship between rural teachers 'work values and work input,and the two have mutual influence with each other.According to the research and analysis of the rural teachers 'work values,the current situation of work input and the related relationship between the two,put forward countermeasures: to guide and cultivate rural teachers to establish scientific work values,it is necessary to bring into play the rural teachers' own initiative;It is necessary to cultivate their consciousness of serving the people,cultivate their political consciousness and overall consciousness,and strengthen their consciousness cultivation;It is necessary for schools and government departments to work closely together to improve and implement the organization and management of rural schools.In turn,it establishes scientific work values and invests itself in daily teaching with a high work attitude,so that the work effect can be further improved and an important role for the development of compulsory education.
