Study on the problems of educational supervision informatization in rural primary and middle schoolsAt present,the rapid development of information network technology has had a revolutionary and profound impact on education.Education supervison,as an important part of education work,must adapt to the development requirements of information network technology,promote the supervision informatization of education earnestly,actively use network information technology to improve the supervision mode,and improve the supervision efficiency.Education in rural primary and secondary schools is an important part of China's basic education system.Education supervision plays a guarantee and supervision role for rural primary and secondary schools to adhere to the direction of socialist education and follow education teaching rules.Although compared with urban primary and secondary schools,rural primary and secondary schools have weak network information infrastructure and low degree of information utilization,they should not be left behind in the rapid development of network information today.Taking L county of anhui province as an example,this paper investigates the status quo of education supervision informatization in rural primary and secondary schools through questionnaire survey,field survey and interviews.According to the investigation,education supervision of rural primary and secondary schools in L county has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems such as unreasonable supervision institutions,lack of network carriers for informatization,low quality of personnel informatization and low degree of utilization of informatization.The reason lies in the insufficient attention to the supervision of information work,the insufficient investment of information work funds,the imperfect system and so on.In this regard,the author,on the basis of learning from the previous theoretical and practical research results,combined with the current situationof education supervision in L county,proposed countermeasures for education supervision in rural primary and secondary schools in L county:to improve the awareness of education supervision informatization in rural primary and secondary schools;Strengthening education supervision and informatization team construction;Education supervision of information development efforts.
