The problem of the growth of expert teachers is the focus of attention in the field of education.With the deepening of teacher education reforms in countries around the world,raising the level of teacher professionalization has become an important issue in the field of education.In recent years,teachers' job burnout is serious and teachers' ethics is frequent.Therefore,teachers' professionalism needs to be improved.On the one hand,the study of the growth of the expert teachers is the conscious pursuit of the teacher's own professional development;on the other hand,it is also an urgent call for the excellent teachers in the times.This article takes three expert teachers as the research object,and mainly uses the literature research method,the case study method and the comparative research method.This paper discusses their growth process,influencing factors and ways,so as to provide useful references for teachers' professional development.The first chapter is the introduction.First of all,the reasons for choosing the topic are explained.Then the article introduces the significance of the study from both theoretical and practical perspectives.And review related literature from the five aspects of the connotation,characteristics,growth stages,influencing factors and growth ways of expert teachers.On this basis,the core concept is clarified,and the research contents and research methods are established.The second chapter mainly analyzes the growth process of expert teachers.If you want to be able to analyze,you must first have a deep understanding of the things.First of all,the growth process of three expert teachers is presented.Further,from the perspective of seeking consensus,it analyzes its growth history in stages.Combined with the related theories of the growth stage,the three expert teachers' growth process was divided into four stages: pre-service,novice,proficient and expert.The third chapter summarizes the factors that affect the growth of three expert teachers from the internal and external dimensions based on the analysis of the growth process.Among them,internal factors include desire for knowledge,professional emotions,optimistic personality,and educational beliefs;external factors mainly come from society,policy,and school.The fourth chapter is based on the process analysis and factor analysis,summarizes the common ways for the growth of expert teachers.That is,theoretical learning is the basic approach,education practice is the fundamental approach,and others are the short-cuts.I hope to provide more useful reference for more professional development of teachers.
