From the ecological viewpoint, based on the teacher culture ,the research probes into teachers' growth, explaining how school ecology has impact on teachers' growth, comparing the differences in their opinions to school ecology of novice teachers, proficient teachers and expert teachers growth. Hopefully, the research will serve as some reference in theory and practice alike for curriculum reform and teacher training.Based on the results of the questionnaires compiled by the author, the research compares different types of teachers' opinions towards school ecology. The results indicate that generally speaking, proficient teachers hold more negative opinions to school ecology.According to novice teachers, they can feel care and support from school leaders and are quite satisfied with their financial conditions and they have satisfactory interaction with experienced teachers. Proficient teachers maintain that more support from school leaders is yet to be given for their professional development, that the financial condition is not favorable enough to their growth, and that they have a stable interpersonal circle and the interaction with their collogues is not enough.Expert teachers hold that they are highly valued and extensively supported by school leaders, feel that satisfied with the financial conditions, and enjoy a harmonious and active interpersonal relationship.Teachers in first-class schools hold more positive opinions than those in second- and third-class schools towards school ecology and opinions to school ecology of Teachers in Second& third class show no significance compared with those in lower-class school.Teachers whose school are in cities have more positive interpersonal relationship than those in rural areas.As far as leadership and general opinions to school ecology are concerned, male teachers have more positive school ecology than female teachers.
