The professional development of rural teachers is concerned greatly nowadays,especially in some small-scale schools.The teachers and educational systems there are insufficient and inadequate to a large extent.Therefore,the teachers in rural small-scale primary schools need to promote the professional development particularly.Teaching and research activity is always an important way to promote the professional development of teachers and the quality of teaching as well.From the results of observation and interviews,many small-scale primary schools have carried out various teaching and research activities,but due to the weak awareness of teaching and research,narrow vision,the current teaching and research activities are mostly formalized operation between teachers and teachers.Lack of effective cooperation between school and school,lack of effective organization and management of education department,lack of professional guidance and support of backbone teachers and experts in the process of teaching and research,teachers undefined professional level is in a low level for a long time.The teaching and research activities in the region are scattered,isolated and closed situation,To some extent,the teaching and research activity in some small-scale schools does not play its value completely and fully.Therefore,we can deeply explore and research how to work out the difficulties of teaching and research in rural small-scale primary schools by synergetic theory.Establishing a cooperative way between the internal,inter-schools and normal colleges to form an overall resultant force.The cooperative teaching and research activity of rural small-scale primary school is a kind of research form,which integrates the main body of teaching and each rural small-scale primary school under the coordination of the regional education departments.Educational and teaching issues are its main research objects.Through joint discussion and cooperative exploration,solving teaching problems and perfecting research results efficiently.This form of teaching and research has the indispensable value and significance to promote the complementary advantages among the subjects of teaching and research,the sharing of resources and the formation of professional community.The cooperative teaching and research activity of rural small-scale primary school cannot be formed by naturally,and the teachers,experts and managers also do not join involuntarily.Hence,forming a unit of equality,democracy,respect,trust,sincerity and good sense of belonging among different teaching and research subjects is the basic condition for forming collaborative teaching and research activities.On this basis,it is also necessary to understand the structure and function of cooperative teaching and research activity of rural small-scale primary school.Moreover,we also need to fully understand the collaborative process from practical needs to the field of teaching and research,then from the practical verify to the final reflection and optimization.During this period,teachers' professional development consciousness is aroused,professional ability is strengthened,professional development confidence is improved,professional thinking and concept are renewed,and teachers' professional development level will be raised to a new level.The cooperative teaching and research activity of rural small-scale primary school is promoted by two ways of cooperative teaching and research in schools and between schools.In different time and space,the cooperative teaching and research of the two ways have their own tasks and goals.There is also a close connection:the cooperative teaching and research in school provides the problem source of teaching and research activities for the inter-school collaborative teaching and research,provides the teachers with higher literacy,and is the base for the concrete implementation,application and feedback of the inter-school collaborative teaching and research achievements.The cooperative teaching and research in the school lays the foundation for the smooth development of the cooperative teaching and research activities among the schools,and the cooperative teaching and research among the schools is the main channel to solve the problems of the cooperative teaching and research in the school,which is to deepen the teachers' understanding of the teaching and research activities and to improve the teaching and research ability of the teachers.Therefore,inter-school collaborative teaching and research is the further development of cooperative teaching and research in schools,and the results of its development also feed the cooperative teaching and research in schools,and help to promote its in-depth development.Generally speaking,although the two cooperative teaching and research methods have their own relatively independent space to a certain extent,there is a close relationship between them,which influences each other,promotes each other,and supports each other.Under the promotion of educational authorities and educational experts,the cooperative teaching and research activity of rural small-scale primary school would achieve a significant performance.Teachers' awareness and teaching level of research will also be raised to someextent.While,if the external intervention is emphasized too much,teachers will be sited in coerced situation,and the collaborative teaching and research activities will be also hard to achieve the sustainable power to develop.In the future,the cooperative teaching and research activities of rural small-scale primary school needs to be promoted from exogenous to the endogenous with teachers as the main body.As for the sustainable development of cooperative teaching and research activities of rural small-scale primary school,it is an autonomous and conscious process of deep development.Achieving is a gradual process,which requires teachers to carry out teaching and research activities autonomously and endogenously,but also requires management departments and educational experts of scientific research institutes to provide appropriate professional services,and gradually give way to teachers' independent activities.
