The Ministry of Education officially launched the "national training plan",to enhance the quality of preschool teachers' professional teacher training is imminent,but also the necessary means to enhance the quality of preschool teachers' professional training,but faced problems after still can not be ignored.The training transfer not only plays an important role in the long-term effect of the training,but also can make the training content play a role in promoting the later work.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of teacher training and to improve the training effect.In order to understand the factors influencing the migration of rural preschool teachers training and preschool teachers training after the migration behavior of child development(Language Development)the effect of this research in Sichuan,Hubei Province,two of the 25 rural kindergarten teachers as the research object,respectively in 2014 and 2016 on Rural Preschool Teachers' existing knowledge level status quo the investigation,and the training of preschool teachers' training transfer factors were analyzed.In addition,in 2015 and in 2016,two times to understand the level of language development of the children in the class of teachers who attend the training age of 328.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: firstly,the two dimensions of "training content evaluation" and "transfer motivation" in the individual characteristics factors have a positive impact on the training transfer behavior.Second,the external factors in the training of late services,the transfer of the atmosphere,the training design,"after the transfer of training" have a positive impact.In particular,"work support","management support","training time" and "post training service" have a greater impact on the migration behavior after training.Third,individual factors of "migration motivation","training and evaluation" external factors "support" and "post service training" to "training after migration" has significant influence,and individual factors than external factors played a more important role.Fourth,the migration behavior of preschool teacher training is the key factor affecting children's development.
