| Social work participation in social governance is an important task facing the current social work.The drug problem is one of the major governance issues facing the world today,and community rehabilitation work is an important part of community governance,which is inseparable from the effective participation of social work.At present,there have been some theoretical and practical studies on social work participating in community rehabilitation and rehabilitation,but the functional analysis of social work in the rehabilitation and rehabilitation of community rehabilitation is rare.This study P street community drug rehabilitation social work project of shenzhen as the study case,based on the structure from the theoretical perspective of functionalism,adopts case study method,and from the aspects of individual and society,the anti-drug social work services in the community drug rehabilitation personnel and promoting community governance function analysis,summarized the mechanism of action of social work involved in community drug rehabilitation and existing problems,and based on the functional consequences of positive and negative net weigh to examine the role of the social work involved in community drug rehabilitation mechanism.Research findings:1.Community rehabilitation as a subsystem of community governance,there is a demand for integration,balance and harmony;2.Social work involved in community rehabilitation and rehabilitation helps to form a closed loop system,which meets the demands of the community rehabilitation system;3.Social work has played a positive and positive role in community rehabilitation and rehabilitation,and also faced some negative functional factors.On this basis,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. |
