In interpersonal communication,everyone has the tendency to be afraid of negative evaluation,and moderate fear of negative evaluation has positive significance.Excessive fear of negative evaluation is easy to have a strong emotional and social distress,social avoidance,the serious will cause various psychological problems.Before and after adolescence,individuals are faced with the problem of self role identification,and are more likely to experience the agony of fear of negative evaluation,especially for girls.In addition to the problem of the role identity and the fear of negative evaluation,the female vocational college students also have the identity problem of their own higher vocational students' roles.In comparison,female vocational students are more likely to fear the state of negative evaluation.This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 180 female vocational students,and discussed the detection rate of female students' fear of negative evaluation.On the basis of questionnaire survey,29 female vocational college students who were afraid of negative evaluation were screened for 3 months' intervention.The path and method of intervention is expressive art therapy.Expressive art therapy is defined as a new method of psychotherapy.It is involved in an art medium such as game,activity,painting,music,dance,and drama.It is involved in a non pure oral communication skill,releasing the emotional experience of the speech,dealing with the emotional distress of the parties and helping the parties to themselves.More profound response to different stimuli,re acceptance and integration of external stimuli to achieve the purpose of psychotherapy.The non verbal communication characteristics of expressive art therapy and the working principles of "no analysis,no evaluation,no criticism,no comparison,no suggestion" can reduce the individual's defense and fear of evaluation,and be beneficial to the interaction and interaction with others.In group psychological counseling,it helps to promote the deeper self opening of the members.To achieve the goal of intervention.The study set up the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there were significant differences in the score of fear negative evaluation before and after intervention in the intervention group,and the two groups had significant differences in the score of fear negative evaluation after intervention.This study obtains the following conclusions:(1)Female vocational students have afraid of negative evaluation of higher detection rate.(2)In fear of negative evaluation,their behavioral cognitive patterns are negative self attribution,too much hope to establish a good social image,social avoidance behavior,excessive attention to social clues,lack of effective communication skills,family factors,and no acceptance of their own.(3)Expressive art therapy has effectively improved the state of female students' fear of negative evaluation.(4)In the practical level,expression art therapy group counseling can reduce the individual's defense,promote the self understanding and self acceptance of the individual.At the same time,the individual can also truly feel the support force of the group,enhance the interpersonal interaction,increase the interpersonal experience,and enhance the empathy of the members...
