As the most important human resource in school sports,the good development of P.E.teachers is a prerequisite for the healthy development of school sports.At present,the supply and demand relations in various fields of our country are confronted with unprecedented challenges,and the education field is no exception,the contradiction between the supply and the demands,the low supply efficiency and the unbalanced allocation in the development of the P.E.teachers resources in our country are urgently needed to be solved.The opinion of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee in February 2018 on the overall deepening of the reform of the teachers ' ranks in the new era further puts forward suggestions on optimizing the allocation of teachers ' resources,innovating and standardizing the staffing of primary and middle school teachers to promote the reform and development of teachers.March 28,2018,the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Finance,the Ministry of Human Resources and social Security,the central Office of the joint publication of the "Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan(2018-2022)" is further pointed out that the teacher education teachers to optimize the action,to improve the supply of teachers,to promote equitable development of education.Therefore,it is very important to improve the supply efficiency of P.E.teachers ' resources and promote the balanced allocation of P.E.teachers under the background of the reform of the supply side.The author takes the resource allocation of P.E.teachers in Kaifeng Public junior middle School in Henan province as the object of study,and investigates the present situation of the allocation of P.E.teacher resources in Kaifeng public junior middle school by means of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics.At the same time,from the perspective of education supply side reform,the author analyzes the following problems in the allocation of P.E.teacher resources in Kaifeng public junior middle School:(1)There are structural imbalance problems in the allocation of P.E.teachers in Kaifeng public junior middle School,mainly in the aspects of teacher-student ratio structure,age structure,gender structure,title structure and so on.(2)There are regional differences in the allocation of P.E.teachers in Kaifeng public junior middle School,such as in the aspect of teacher-student ratio,urban schools are superior to township schools,and township schools are superior to county schools.(3)Kaifeng Public junior High School P.E.teachers resource allocation exists homogeneity problem,to a certain extent,it is not conducive to provide students with more and better quality and multiple physical education choices.(4)In Kaifeng public junior Middle School,there are short boards where the effect of in-service training of P.E.teachers is not ideal,and the knowledge content acquired by P.E.teachers in training is difficult to be used in physical education teaching practice.Finally,according to the Kaifeng of the resources allocation of P.E.teachers in public junior middle school,the author puts forward the relevant strategies from the angle of the reform of education supply side from the government level,the university level and the employing unit level.From government level;(1)To reasonably plan the existing resources of P.E.teachers and ensure the balanced supply of P.E.teachers ' resources among different regions;(2)To establish a scientific and reasonable resource allocation mechanism for physical education teachers,and to promote the rational flow of P.E.teachers ' resources;(3)Establish and perfect the database of physical education teachers ' resources supply;(4)perfect the admittance mechanism of P.E.teachers,and strengthen the supervision of the quality of P.E.teachers ' supply;(5)Broaden in-service training channels to provide accurate training content,improve training effect;(6)guarantee the salary of PE teachers,explore the supplementary mechanism of P.E.teachers ' resources;(7)increase the capital investment in training and allocation of P.E.teachers ' resources.At the university level:(1)To establish the objective of the current physical education in schools,to improve the quality of the resources supply of P.E.teachers;(2)to reduce the cost of resources supply of P.E.teachers and improve the efficiency of running a school;(3)To strengthen the education of the students ' ideological level of employment;(4)to strengthen cooperation with primary and secondary schools to ensure effective connection between the two sides;(5)To strengthen the education of modern information technology and scientific research methods of P.E.majors.Employing unit level:(1)Change the traditional concept,strengthen the attention to school physical Education;(2)according to the needs of their own schools,the strict selection of physical education teachers;(3)broaden the channels of P.E.teachers ' participation in onthe-job training,safeguarding the opportunities for PE teachers to participate in on-the-job training,.
