With the continuous deepening of the reform of the supply-side structure in China's economic field in recent years,the supply-side reform in the field of education has gradually attracted the attention of the public and experts.School sports as an important part of education is naturally not unwilling to fall behind.The core of the education supply side is to optimize the allocation of educational resources,expand the supply of high-quality educational resources,and enable more people to enjoy the fruits of education to promote educational equity."Educational equity" is a topic that is often talked about by old people,and the resulting urban and rural equity and inter-school balance have gradually appeared in the public's field of vision.Educational resources interpret the sum of human,material,and financial resources in education.The allocation of educational resources is the orderly,reasonable,and fair distribution of limited educational resources to all urban and rural school age stages,so as to ensure that educational resources can be fully and efficiently operated.As for school sports in the school education subsystem,its physical education resource allocation is also the same.Due to historical issues,the gap between urban and rural economic development in China is derived from the gap between urban and rural education,which is mainly reflected in the difference in investment in urban and rural education resources,which naturally includes the difference in urban and rural physical education resource allocation,how to improve from the supply side The precise supply and personalized supply of urban and rural sports education resources to make it possible to alleviate the urban-rural and inter-school imbalances in the allocation of urban and rural education resources are the key issues we will solve.This article takes 90 urban and rural junior high schools in Shangqiu City as the research object,and uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,comparative method and other methods to analyze the current status of sports human resources,material resources,financial resources,information resources and curriculum resources in urban and rural junior high school in Shangqiu City.Conduct an investigation.By comparing the current situation of urban and rural junior high school physical education resource allocation,and in accordance with relevant national standards,combined with local actual conditions,it is found that,overall,urban junior high school physical education resource allocation is superior to rural junior high school,urban and rural junior high school physical education resource supply is insufficient,there are many aspects There are serious imbalances and some physical education resource allocations in urban and rural junior high schools are missing or severely insufficient.The main reasons for the problems through specific analysis are the impact of the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas,the impact of urbanization of education,and the impact of school physical education concepts.From the perspective of the education supply side,the author proposes countermeasures to optimize the allocation of physical education resources in urban and rural junior middle schools in Shangqiu City,transforming the supply concept: from the demand side to the supply side concept,broadening the supply main body: local governments simplify administration and decentralization,expand supply channels,increase Large supply: increase the increment and
