Research On Children's Role Model Education In Intelligent Age

Role model education is an old and new method of education.Children who are in behavior habits and values need to be guided by role models.With the advent of the intelligent age characterized by the diversity of Internet value,people begin to be confused and confused about the initial and most basic value judgment.How to resist the impact of the intellectual age is the biggest challenge facing the role model education.Based on this,the paper discusses from five parts.Role model education plays an important role in children's career choice,behavior habits,moral character,ideology and personality formation.In order to further understand the views of young children living in the age of intelligence and the problems in role model education,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the students of grade three to six in X and Y primary schools in Kaifeng City and the data were analyzed with SPSS22.0.On the basis of this,a student interview and an interview with the counselor of the young pioneers were carried out in order to found the question of feedback in the present questionnaire survey.It is found that there are some problems in the current role model education,such as there are differences between teachers and students in model education at present,the restriction of individual mental pattern to the effect of role model education,the opposition between the example and the idol,the disjointing of knowledge,affection,meaning and action in role model education.After the analysis and the attribution of the problems,combining the characteristics of the age of the intelligent society,the strategies of improving the effectiveness of the model education are put forward from three aspects of concept,method and practice.Role model education should always run through the growth of children,even in the intelligent age,example education also has advantages that intelligent tools can not replace.Therefore,educators should firmly believe that the power of example is infinite,seize the opportunity of intelligent age,example education will better serve for individual growth.
