| Yunnan Province implemented a new curriculum reform and general high school academic level test system in 2009,in order to urge schools to implement curriculum plan and curriculum standards,standardize education and teaching behaviors,establish a good foundation for the lifelong development of students,and promote new classroom teaching reform and teacher professional development.Yunnan province takes strengthening experimental teaching and cultivating students’ practical ability as one of the important contents of basic education reform.Experiment operation academic level test score of the college entrance examination will be performed in the end of grade one of high school.The student will be added 2 points to the total score of the college entrance examination if he passed the chemistry school level test.This shows that chemical experiment teaching has received more attention from education department after the curriculum reform.Though Kunming has implemented teaching according to the outline of the curriculum reform and the quality of teaching has been continuously improved,the clearance rate of students’ academic level tests for grade one of high school has been increasing year by year,there are still some problems in chemistry experiment teaching and the teaching situation of chemical experiment needs to be further improved.Therefore,this paper investigates and interviews teachers and students in grade one of high school from five high schools of different grades in Kunming city based on theories of pragmatic education theory,humanistic learning theory,and constructivist learning theory.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the implementation of chemical experiment teaching and other relevant contents.Through systematic summary and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the process of implementing chemical experiment teaching of grade one of high school on the basis of academic level test in Kunming city.So the teaching design based on chemical experiment teaching was carried out.The class of grade one was selected for implementation.By comparing the results,it can be seen that the test results of the experimental class on chemistry academic level are significantly better than that of the other class.It shows that the attention and implementation of experimental teaching can effectively improve students’ academic performance.At the same time,it also helps to cultivate students’ independent learning ability,innovative thinking and innovation ability,which can promote students’ all-round development.It can be seen from the investigation that the following problems exist in the implementation of chemical experiment teaching of grade one in Kunming high school.Teachers and students need to improve their understanding of chemical experimental teaching and lack in the understanding of academic level tests.The opening rate of the experiments is low.There is still a shortage of experimental teaching resources and facilities.The examination method of experimental teaching is too monotonous.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,increasing the emphasis on chemical experiment teaching,improving the opening rate of experimentations,improving experimental conditions,enriching teaching resources for chemistry experiments;enriching teaching methods for chemistry experiments,and improving experiment accomplishment of teachers.On this basis,the teaching design of chemistry is carried out on grade one of high school.Four high school teaching classes were selected for implementation.The results of teaching practice show that the test results of chemistry academic level of the experimental class are significantly better than that of the other class.Finally,further analysis and reflection were carried out.In short,this paper provides the investigation results of the current state of chemical experiment teaching in Kunming City of Yunnan Province.The existing problems are pointed out and the strategies and three teaching cases are proposed.Comparative implementations and reflections were carried out.It provides a reference for the development and research of chemical experiment teaching in Kunming city. |
