In combination with the practical situation of rural education in our country and the world development trend of Primary school education.At present,It is one of the most important work of education in the current university in China that train the general-subject teachers who can adapt to the actual situation of the rural primary school education.The key part of developing a qualified the general-subject teachers is setting the curriculum with scientific and reasonable.it's beneficial to the effective implementation of the training plan of general-subject teachers,and it's an effective guarantee to ensure the implementation of the general-subject teachers training task.But due to the general-teachers is the emerging majors in the field of education,The curriculum setting still in the exploratory and experimental stage,it also has many problems need to be adjusted.In order to truly reflect the current situation of general-subject teachers curriculum setting in China,to clarify the existing problems in the curriculum setting of general-subject teachers' education and find a reasonable and effective strategy for optimizing the curriculum setting of general-subject teachers' education,this paper is based on the definition of the concept of general-subject teachers and curriculum setting,first,the paper discusses the quality structure of general-subject teachers from three angles of professional knowledge,professional ability and professional sentimen.Second,from the three aspects of the professional attributes of the general-subject teachers' education,the basic characteristics of the combination of general education and comprehensive education,and the functional orientation of targeted the rural areas education has analyzed the proper pursuit of general-subject teachers' major.Then the paper combines the quality structure of general-subject teachers and the professional pursuit of general-subject teachers' major,discusses the basic requirements of curriculum setting for general-subject teachers,eventually forming a theoretical basis of curriculum setting of general-subject teachers.Next,in this paper,the training program of general-subject teachers in eight colleges and universities in Henan province is compared and analyzed from the aspects of the training objectives,the overall structure of the curriculum,the scale of the various courses,the subjects in the main curriculum modules,the setting of the specialized courses and the educational practice courses.Based on the description and analysis of the situation of curriculum setting forgeneral-teachers in Henan Province,the problems existing in the curriculum setting of general-teachers are analyzed.First,due to vague expression of training objectives,the definition of content is too broad,which leads to the fact that the training objectives of general-subject teachers are hard to reflect professional characteristics and have lower guidance.Second,the curriculum modules and the proportion of curriculum types is abnormal,resulting in unreasonable overall structure of curriculum.Third,subject setting still follows the traditional thinking way of primary school education,leading to lack of integration and pertinence in the curriculum setting.Fourth,the educational practice is weakened,theoretical learning and practical experience are isolated from each other,it is mainly due to unreasonable educational practice arrangement and lack of guarantee in specific implementation.The paper puts forward the optimization strategy form four aspect for solve some problems in the curriculum setting of general-subject teachers.First,clearly training objectives and guarantee the specificity and operability of the training objectives.Second,adjust the curriculum structure,regulate the curriculum modules and the proportion of various curriculum types,to improve the scientificity and rationality of the curriculum structure.Third,optimize the subject setting and strengthen the integration and pertinence of the curriculum setting,and highlight the characteristics of general-teachers training.Fourth,implement education practice and change the current situation of the weakening of educational practice for promoting the integration of theoretical learning and practical experience.
