Analysis Of The Status And Developing Strateies Of Enterprise Employees' Participation In Sports In Xinxiang

This thesis employs documentation,questionnaires,interviews,field study,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the status quo of enterprise employees' participation in sports in City of Xinxiang.The thesis sets to contribute to sports development among enterprise employees with theoretical and practical references and endeavors to offer possible solutions to improve the current situation.The results of the study are as follows:1.Employees in the large-scale enterprise in Xinxiang have lower levels of organizational resources,higher levels of cultural resources,and under-middle-level economic resources.2.There is a significant difference(P?0.01)in the gender and age when it concerns employees purpose of participating in sports in Xinxiang;a slight difference(P?0.05)in positions and education;and no significant difference(P>0.05)in income.3.There is a significant difference(P?0.05)in the age,job title,educational background,and income when it concerns employees' single time physical exercise and the frequency of physical exercise per week,and there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in gender;there is a significant difference(P?0.05)in gender,age,education background,and income concerning duration of physical exercise,and there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in job ranks.4.According to the survey,there is a significant difference(P?0.05)in the gender and age concerning the intensity of employees' physical exercise and there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in job ranks,education background,and income;There is a significant difference in age(P?0.05)concerning the effect of participating in physical exercise;and there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in age,position,education background,and income.5.There is a very significant difference(P?0.01)in gender,age,job ranks and income when employees choose a space for physical exercise,and there is a relatively significant difference(P?0.05)in education background.There is a very significant difference(P?0.01)in gender and income among the participants in choosing physical exercise program;there is a relatively significant difference(P?0.05)in age and education background;there is no significant difference(P>0.05)in the job ranks.6.In terms of consumption type of employees' sports consumption in Xinxiang,physical consumption ranks first,followed by participation-based consumption,and viewing-type consumption.The biggest equipment consumption is sports clothing,followed by exercise equipment,and fitness supplements.Ranking first in consumer trends is the brand,followed by practicality and quality.7.The subjective factors affecting the participation of employees of Xinxiang in physical training include: lack of time,lack of venues for sports facilities,lack of professional guidance,long distance from stadiums,etc.The objective factors are: lack of sports atmosphere,inadequate sports facilities,serious infringement of the venue,difficulty in securing time for activities,insufficient attention from leadership,and insufficient funding,etc.8.The problems existing in the employee sports of Xinxiang City include: the imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism for enterprise staff sports;the imperfect construction of sports facilities;the lack of a strong concept of physical exercise among employees;and the lack of manpower,material resources,and financial resources.9.Measures to promote the sports development of enterprise employees in Xinxiang include: optimizing the allocation of sports resources for employees;intensifying the sports promotion;reforming the enterprise sports management mode;improving the service system for employees' sports facilities;guiding employees to improve their sports consumption concepts;and helping enterprises staff to establish good sports atmosphere;and increasing the construction of stadium and equipment.
