Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, rural school is the main body of basic education in China, is the implementation of the strategy of the main battlefield of science and education and rejuvenation strategy. Xinxiang City is a dual structure is very prominent city, accounted for a large proportion of the rural population, rural primary and secondary schools and the number of primary and secondary schools in rural areas the total number, Xinxiang City, the rural school education, especially sports has been seriously neglected and marginalized. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the status quo of rural school sports in Xinxiang and to do a good job in rural school sports education, and to promote the development of rural school education in Xinxiang city..The literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Xinxiang City rural school sports development present situation investigation and analysis, reveals the factors that affect the Xinxiang City rural school sports development, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, for Xinxiang City to teach education and Physical Education Department of planning and formulate plans to provide the basis for formulating policy and, in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of rural school sports in Xinxiang City. The conclusions of the study were as follows:1. Xinxiang rural school physical education classes rate of 100%, the high proportion of part-time and substitute sports teachers, 40 years old of the following sports teacher is main force of sports teaching, the lack of senior professional titles of the physical education teachers; male and female education Division imbalance.2 the degree of physical education teachers in rural schools in Xinxiang is mainly specialized in this subject, and teachers can meet the requirements of the state, and the number of undergraduate and higher education is more.3. Xinxiang rural school physical education teachers in the class and the relatively large amount, in a certain extent affected the quality of the class, the teachers teaching skills and master the skills too little also in a certain extent, affected the development of physical education.4. Most of the students of rural school sports classroom teaching still prefer; there are some students because facilities lack, parents misunderstanding, academic pressure on physical education curriculum exists a certain degree of resistance.5. Xinxiang area most schools to ensure to carry out two exercises and normal, but poor organization and management, supervision is not enough, two exercises and the extracurricular activities didn’t get due effect, every 1 hour of activity time difficult to achieve.6 the physical conditions of rural school in Xinxiang city are poor, the content of teaching is monotonous, the shortage of sports funds seriously restricts the development of school physical education in rural areas..7 the leadership of the rural school in Xinxiang has the cognition of school physical education, and the cognition of the physical education has some deviation.. Physical education teachers wages and personnel are not equipped with the real letter.According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward.:1. In charge of the leadership to the renewal of ideas, correct thinking, raise awareness, and actively build and perfect the management system of local education, establish and improve the supervision of school physical education and examination mechanism and incentive mechanism, guarantee the goal of physical education teaching implement.2 to establish a sound and reasonable evaluation system for school sports, and to reform the guiding ideology of the sports test. Strengthen the construction of physical education teachers in rural schools in Xinxiang, and reduce the proportion of male and female teachers.3. Establish a "health first" guiding ideology, put the school sports work in the appropriate position, the importance of physical education teachers, physical education teachers were given the same treatment, stability, sports teachers, reduce staff turnover.4 pay attention to the status of physical education teachers in school, strengthen the training of physical education teachers, and encourage physical education teachers to learn and innovate teaching.
