With the rapid development of innovation times and the constant deepening of basic education reform,innovative education with the core of cultivating innovative talents is gradually moving toward people's horizons,and has been favored by more and more educators.As a new development path of innovative education,maker education provides the possibility for the reconstruction and optimization of innovative talents at the basic education stage.In addition,as an innovative education form that information technology has spawned,maker education inherits the concept of"learning by doing",moreover,it also emphasizes hands-on practice and deep participation in the team's project,aiming to cultivate the innovative qualities needed for innovative talents.In recent years,maker education,which is gradually moving from niche to popularization,has mushroomed in our country,but it is still a long way to go to achieve normalization of practice in the primary and secondary schools.For now,the practice of maker education is still not deep enough,especially the study on learners' evaluation of maker course is barely measurable,though the practical teaching about maker education is in full swing both at home and abroad,and has achieved some remarkable effects.As a very important part of teaching practice process,educational evaluation has the function of diagnosis,encouragement and guidance for the earning activities,which is of great significance to improving the quality of teaching and is also conducive to the continuous development of teachers and students.In order to explore the current status of learner evaluation for the maker curriculum in primary and secondary school,the author has carried out some research on literature review and practical exploration,then through these studies,we can find that currently,the evaluation methods and evaluation subjects of learner evaluation for the maker curriculum in primary and secondary schools are generally single,and it mainly focuses on the evaluation of the results,and the evaluation is too subjective.Therefore,this paper puts forward the constituent elements of the maker course objectives based on the theory of successful intelligence for primary and secondary school,and structures a learner evaluation index system of maker course for primary and secondary school,combining the general process of learning activities in primary and secondary schools.Then,the author adopts the research method of expert consultation to perfect and modify the index system,and finally obtains a complete learner evaluation index system for the maker curriculum in primary and secondary schools.In order to test the index system,the author divides the evaluation index system into three assessment scale questionnaire,and applies to specific practice of maker project using a variety of evaluation methods by selecting three schools to conduct a practice of maker education in Zhengzhou city,and conducts statistical analysis of the collected data using SPSS20 tools.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are verified,in addition,the true level of students' innovation literacy is also verified,through the statistical analysis of data.Finally,the author puts forward some issue that should be paid attention to in the practice of maker education in primary and secondary schools,by summarizing and discussing the results of the evaluation,namely in order to promote the development of maker education in primary and secondary schools,we need to clear the training target of maker curriculum,accomplish the curriculum system architecture,strengthen the teacher training,pay more attention on the key ability,and so on.
