With the progress of science and technology and the change of people's life style,the current core digital TV business of Wasu company has been unable to meet the increasingly diversified needs of consumers.In order to speed up the company's strategic transformation and business structure upgrading,the company takes "smart radio and television + education" as the industry segmentation direction,takes "love learning TV education platform" as the key to the education industry information market,develops the smart education related customer collection business market,and strives to develop the smart campus business with radio and television operation characteristics.This thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of Wasu company's education industry business by using literature research,case study and other research methods,pest,Porter five forces model,STP and other marketing analysis tools,using 7PS service marketing mix theory,and analyzes the related marketing strategy problems in product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible display and process management.From these seven aspects,the paper puts forward the optimization suggestions for the business marketing strategy of Wasu company's education industry.They are as follows: 1.For product development,it is suggested to develop customized products based on customer service as the core to improve service efficiency;2.For price issues,it is suggested to make clear the pricing strategy of the whole province to effectively balance market development and company revenue;3.For marketing channel issues,it is suggested to build a three-dimensional marketing system to expand Internet electronic distribution and products Based on experience marketing,we should do event marketing and word-of-mouth marketing well;fourthly,we should standardize the business service process,link cities,and support products and data to form the whole platform of users in the province;fifthly,we should practice the customer-centric service thinking,strengthen the sense of personnel marketing service,and improve the comprehensive service of the team Ability;6.For publicity and promotion,it is suggested to improve and optimize the image of radio and television operators and improve the overall reputation and popularity of the company through standard product demonstration,uniform personnel dress,standardized business handling,corporate social responsibility under the epidemic;7.For operation support,it is suggested to establish a business operation system,strengthen process control standards,and create a "flat" environment Business operation mode of "platform + service".Following the idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper analyzes the current marketing situation and marketing environment of Wasu company's education industry,tries to find out the problems existing in the current marketing strategy and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide practical and effective practice for Wasu company to reach the predetermined sales target,form its own service marketing concept and change its service marketing ideas On the basis.And further in-depth discussion of the radio and television network industry service marketing strategy,for the radio and television network industry business transformation to provide feasible suggestions.
