Learning constitutes the main content of the life of young people.Academic failure and poor academic performance seriously affect the growth and development of adolescents,which may cause problems in physical and mental health of adolescents.Resilience is an important quality to help students learn to go through learning adversity smoothly.Improving resilience of students with learning difficulties plays an important role in their healthy growth.Through the questionnaire survey and interview on the resistance of young people in Z middle school in Wuhan,it is found that,compared to the non learning difficulties,the students,resistance to stress is low,but as far as the resistance score is concerned,the resistance of most students with learning difficulties is at the middle level.Structurally,the internal protection factors of Z middle school students have the strongest sense of objective and sense of meaning,moderate social competence,the weakest self-esteem and autonomy,and the positive expectation of the family is the highest in the external protection factors,and the participation in meaningful activities is not as good as the former;the school is taking part in meaningful aspects.The students with learning difficulties have the highest score,and the positive expectation scores are low;the peers show the highest score in the environment,and the positive expectation is lower.The specific performance is that some students with learning difficulties show a more positive attitude and positive expectations for the future,communicate well with family and friends,actively participate in activities in school,and observe school discipline.At the same time,there are also some students with poor students' ability and consciousness of cooperation,lack of self understanding,setting goals and solving problems,less parent-child communication,poor peer relationship,low participation in school activities,bad habits,and shrinking psychological and behavioral problems.High level of stress resistance can help students to reduce their negative attitude and reduce bad behavior.They can adjust themselves in time when they face learning difficulties and face difficulties with a more positive attitude.At the same time,they are good at using the dominant resources around them to overcome and overcome their learning difficulties.By reducing the impact of the risk factors on the students of learning difficulties,the internal and external protection factors of the students with learning difficulties are strengthened,and the resistance wheels are formed,thus building a higher level of resistance.Based on the survey results,the analysis of intervention theory and the investigation of students' demand for learning difficulties,the author made a group activity plan,and carried out a total of seven groups.The contents were first knowledge resistance,confidence building,learning to set goals,mining and use of learning resources,controlling negative emotions,improving the ability to solve difficulties,review and summarize.And consolidation.Students in the process of step by step promoting resilience.After the end of the group,the team and the important others were investigated and interviewed.The results showed that the resistance of the team members had been improved,but the family support and long-term effect remained to be paid attention to.In this regard,from the three levels of family,learning and social organization,the author puts forward some suggestions on the long-term and multi-directional improvement of students' resistance to students with learning difficulties,to improve the external protection factors of students with learning difficulties,to help students to overcome difficulties and to grow up healthily.
