Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Hubei Provincial City Tennis Association

With the developing of tennis,the tennis association has played a role in connecting the public with the "noble sport".The work of the tennis association will directly affect the development prospect of tennis in Hubei province.In order to know the tennis association current situation of cities in Hubei province,this paper,respectively,carried out a study of nine cities,aiming to find out the problems existing in the present situation of tennis association in Hubei province with the method of data analysis,and to give the related countermeasures to promote the development of tennis association.Through various research methods,this paper mainly studies the tennis association of the cities of Hubei province,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Cities in Hubei province with a too much simplified tennis association organization setup,and manager of the association is mostly appointed to the administrative agencies.With a heave administration factors,there is a certain gap from the nature of the folk association.(2)Cities in Hubei province with a too much simplified tennis association organization setup,and manager of the association is mostly appointed to the administrative agencies.With a heave administration factors,there is a certain gap from the nature of the folk association.(3)The source of financial support for local tennis association is mainly from government grant.The association lacks of self "hematopoiesis" ability,and fuzzy in a clear financial management regulations,causing a certain degree of unscientific in the use of funds.(4)Competitions carried by tennis association in the cities of Hubei province is relatively superior,but because of the imbalance of the economic development,the central and western regions of tennis competition is superior to other areas.(5)Tennis association should provide relevant regulations and system support to the members,provide more facilities and carry out more activities related to tennis.(6)The trend of tennis association on the future development is likely to be more clear in the position between association and government.Improve internal management mechanism,providing adequate facilities,personnel,funds safeguard,so as to promote the good development of the association.
