With an increasing demand for professional technical talents,our government has paid more attention to developing vocational high schools in large scale.As a result,a large amount of technical talents have been constantly cultivated.However,development of vocational high schools has long been restricted by the inharmonious relationship between teachers and students for their poor knowledge and deficient morality.As we know,teaching effect and quality can be directly affected by this relationship with certain influence on students,future personalities and capabilities even.That is to say,it is necessary to establish a stable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students during the development of vocational high schools from the perspectives of both students and teachers so that students can grow happily and healthily there.In this paper,based on the analysis of related research background,previous research results as well as research significance,a presentation is made on current teacher-student relationship in vocational high schools,which is inharmonious on the whole,with related theories and practical survey results.Meanwhile,main factors affecting this situation are analyzed and counter measures are offered.In a word,the ultimate purpose of this paper is to make some positive contributions to establishing a stable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students in vocational high schools.
