All countries in the world are scrambling to increase their investment in education.Talent resources have increasingly become the determining power of a country's economic development.In order to comply with the trend of economic development of the times and ensure the stability of China's human resources,China's education funding for education has been increasing year by year,and has remained at over 4%of GDP,and exceeded RMB 3 trillion in 2016.It can thus be seen that education has always been placed in an important position for priority development in China and financial investment in basic education is also increasing.Therefore,to explore the incentive mechanism of rural middle school teachers is to mobilize the enthusiasm and potential of teachers,improve the quality of rural education and education,and achieve important measures for the balanced development of compulsory education.Although in recent years the state has made many efforts in basic education investment,there are still some problems,including the low overall level of basic education expenditure,and the unbalanced allocation of basic education funds among regions and between urban and rural areas.Rural areas are the weakest link in China's economic development.Rural areas are the weakest link in China's economic development,the quality of education and the development of teachers deserve more attention.However,there are few researches on rural secondary school teachers' incentivization.How to use the existing incentive theory to explore the scientific rural middle school teacher incentive mechanism seems particularly necessary.This study starts with the reasons for choosing the topic,and is driven by national policy guidelines.It divides teacher incentives into six dimensions:teachers,material,conditions,appreciation,accomplishment,security,interpersonal relationship,and management level.On the basis of empirical analysis,the current situation of education funding and the current status of rural middle school teacher incentive mechanism,From three levels of government,school and teachers,the problems and causes of investment in education funds and incentive mechanism in rural middle school teachers are discussed,discussed the ways to improve the investment in education funds and the incentive mechanism for middle school teachers,including the government's efforts to increase public investment in the central government,provide equalization of education services,and establish a"provincial-based" rural teacher incentive fund,improve Rural Teacher Evaluation Mechanism and Rural Teachers Honor Mechanism,School leaders should be concerned about the need for teacher diversity,increase training and promotion opportunities,and create a good organizational atmosphere;Teachers should strengthen self-motivation.
