In recent years,education teaching reform has been deepened.The official release of"core literacy of Chinese students development literacy" also points the direction for the reform of the curriculum.In the current high school history teaching what is cultivating the core accomplishment of historical situation,what kind of problems,the crux of the problem,how to base on high school history teaching,the training goal of effectively implementing students historical core literacy.This is the basic content of this paper.The author to Harbin city high school history teaching as the main research object,according to the core of the high school history teaching of middle school students'literacy cultivation as the main research content,problems and reasons of the questionnaire research.From the perspective of curriculum reform,teacher quality and student development,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of the core quality of history.Taking the learning situation of Harbin normal university as a reference,the practice of teaching a variety of classroom teaching modes such as regular class,recitation,activity course and gymnasium teaching is carried out.In conclusion,the author thinks that the cultivation of the core literacy history problems from teachers,students and other aspects,especially the educational reform in the process of implement,lack of necessary guidance,make teachers more.Way to cultivate core literacy should be diversified,history teachers in addition to the founding practice based on history teaching mode,make full use of every class and every class fully realize that in learning,make suitable for their students learning the teaching goal and teaching methods,teaching is learning,promote their professional development and cultivate students' literacy for core,also active in the student career planning work.Students should also set up compulsory courses and elective courses after they choose the subjects of "3 + 3" and "7 choose 3".Each high school should build and develop its own advantages and special courses.Let the students on the basis of their own learning,guided by the career planning(academic),enter oneself for an examination have preponderant discipline and characteristic course of high school,let the students "learning to do well,take an examination of oneself,director of the",provided a basis for entering the university in the future.
