Research On The Education Of Studying In Japan In The Period Of Manchukuo(1932-1945)

The Japanese Imperialist occupied Shenyang after the 18th September accident and successively occupied the three provinces in Northeast China,lately;the whole region in Northeast China fell into the hands of the enemy in February 1932.With the help of Puyi,the last emperor in Qing Dynasty,The Japanese aggressor established a puppet regime in Northeast China called Manchukuo.since then,Japanese has governed this region for almost 14 years with the power of slavery and colony.Apart from the means of military force and economy,The Japanese Imperialist also made full use of the enslaving education to dominate people's thoughts and then foster a group of slavish and loyal citizens for Japanese aggressor and the puppet regime.With the further strength of its domination,Japanese dramatically changed the original education system in Northeast China.In other words,they carried out a colonial and slavish education system to cultivate a group of slavish intellectuals who are willing to subordinate themselves to Japan and the puppet regime,Manchukuo.More specifically,with the help of the official in the puppet regime,The Japanese aggressor carried out the Education of studying in Japan.It's one of the most direct means for Japanese to control people's thoughts and weaken their national consciousness in Northeast China.Therefore,the young people were seduced to study in Japan after the founding of the puppet regime,Manchukuo.In order to guarantee the work of dispatching students to Japan smoothly,the official of the puppet regime put forward a series of rules and laws for students studying abroad.For example,Regulations on Overseas Students,Notification for Overseas Students,Documents about Overseas Students and Temporary Rules of Self-Supporting Overseas Students.Meanwhile,the Japanese aggressor designed lots of systems for students studying in Japan so as to control the work of dispatching students to Japan forcibly,including System of Approval for Overseas Students,System of Preparatory School for Overseas Students and System of Specific University for Overseas Students,From then on,the dispatching work tended to be systematic.This thesis mainly expound the Education of Studying in Japan based on the Policy of Foreign Students and then discussed its proceedings in details.The purpose of this thesis is to know the process and the essence of the Education of Studying in Japan,which was carried out by the Japanese Imperialist and the official in the puppet regime.What's more,the purpose of this thesis is to extend its research area to the history of education relating to the Japanese invasion to China and Students Studying Abroad.
