With the accelerated pace of urbanization,a growing number of rural labor force takes family way out of their homes,even settled into the city to work and employment,children are also gradually entered the city school.Therefore,they have a more extensive contact with the children who was born in city.But because of the different living environment,they have obvious differences in many aspects,especially in interpersonal communication.Then the obvious gap appeared between two groups.In this paper,the author taking the school as a platform,drawing on the professional social work theory and practical skills,with the help of a variety of school resources to carry out a variety of peer groups into service.In order to improve the interaction between migrant workers and their children,and enhance the understanding of this two sides,achieve the integration of the two groups.This paper is based on the service of Q middle school's students of migrant workers in Shenzhen city into the peer group,three aspects of implementation and service around the reason and purpose of the service,the service effect is discussed.In the first part,a detailed analysis and elaboration the author mainly along the current situation of Q city middle school children and children of migrant workers and the existing problems,after the combination of causes of juvenile social work theory to the problem of.On the basis of the Q middle school as a platform,from the practical experience at home and abroad into the peer group,with the help of social work theory,develop the service scheme for Q middle school children of migrant workers into the campus of the peer group.In the service implementation process,the professional social worker participation and guidance,and work methods and work mode of use of group work to carry out the entire service period,after the service stage evaluation effect,the author mainly uses three kinds of evaluation methods of process evaluation,outcome assessment and satisfaction questionnaire to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the whole period of service.The results of this study found that the "hand in hand,a better tomorrow" the children of migrant workers into the peer group work method can exchange barriers between stage Q city middle school children and children of migrant workers,breaking barriers between the two groups,and improve the communication way of the two groups,promote emotion and friendship of two groups.However,the team also has shortcomings to improve.According to the effect of the implementation of this service,and then combined with the reality of our school and foreign experience,to "hand in hand,a better tomorrow" the children of migrant workers into the campus peer group in the process of practice problems,put forward appropriate improvement methods and countermeasures.
