The scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education,is a kind of academic origin of teaching,focusing on Teachers' teaching and students' learning.It is also a retuning of the teachers' professional spirit and the dominant position of students.The teachers reflect on their teaching and the students reflect on their own learning.The teachers combine their teaching practice and the student feedback,then form the learning methods to further improve the teaching level of teachers and promote the students' effective learning results.The scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education,as a new academic view and teaching view,with the return of current university undergraduate course teaching,is the inevitable choice to improve the quality of university education.But due to the narrow view of academic and the pursuit of profound knowledge of the university,the contradiction and split of university teachers role,the lack of The scholarship of Teaching theory research in Higher Education,the scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education in our country has not reached a consensus on the theory of identity,Leading to university teaching system arrangement deviates and many practice problem exist.The emergence of these problems has a complex historical and practical reasons,our traditional "official standard",the University of the west "knowledge standard",under the market economy "gold" standard as a result of the recognition of the scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education concept of university teachers is relatively low.The separation of the "Scholar" and the "teacher"identity of the University Teachers,the lack of the theoretical research on scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education,the deviation of the evaluation system of university teachers lead to the current difficulties.In view of this,the author designs development path from the internal and external system for the scholarship of Teaching in Higher Education.The author tried to explore and analyze these problems,in order to serve our country universities returning to education.
