| Homework assignment is an important part of teachers ’ education and teaching,which is not only an extension of classroom time,but also a kind of review,enhancement and improvement of classroom content.Combining with the logic of mathematics and the cognitive characteristics of senior students in primary school,it is very important for teachers to arrange mathematics work reasonably and effectively.The mathematics homework is not only the student to the classroom study knowledge Self test,simultaneously the examination result also helps the teacher to understand the student to grasp the classroom content in time.Since the new curriculum reform,the mathematics teacher’s view to the assignment has been updated,but only stays in the idea change,in the teaching practice the assignment still has some problems.These problems affect the quality of teaching,and finding the solution to the problem of mathematics assignment is of great significance to improve the teaching quality.This research takes Xinxiang X primary School as an example,mainly uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the interview method carries on the investigation to the high-grade in elementary school mathematics assignment present situation.Through consulting the literature,the paper divides the mathematics assignment of primary school into the source of assignment,the purpose of assignment,the quantity and difficulty of job arrangement,the type of job arrangement,and the five dimensions of job arrangement.Through the questionnaire survey of 306 students in Xinxiang X Primary School and the interview with 3 mathematics teachers,the paper excavates the problems existing in the arrangement of mathematics assignment,analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward effective and feasible countermeasures to promote the improvement of teaching quality.This study investigates the present situation of mathematics assignment in Xinxiang X Primary School.It is found that there are a series of problems in the arrangement of mathematics assignment in primary school: the source of the assignment is fixed narrowly,the purpose of the assignment is not clear,the quantity of the assignment is too large and the content is lack of hierarchy,the type of job arrangement is monotonous and the channel is disorderly,etc;and from the three angles to carry on the deep reason analysis: the examination-oriented orientation of evaluation system restricts the assignment,the school’s supervision of the assignment and the training of the teacher’s assignment lag,as well as the consciousness and the professional skills of the teacher’s assignment are weak.In view of this,in order to effectively solve the problems in the arrangement of mathematics assignments,is from the school,teachers from two points to propose a targeted solution.In the school’s macro-control,first,the school attaches importance to the regulation of mathematical assignments.Second,the school organizes the mathematics teacher to carry on the assignment training.In the specific operation of teachers,first of all,teachers to assign mathematical homework of the appropriate quantity and hierarchy.Secondly,teachers are rich in the type of mathematical homework.Finally,the teacher optimizes the mathematics assignment arrangement channel.Through this research to help mathematics teachers have a comprehensive understanding of job layout and improve the quality of mathematics assignment. |
