At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,China's comprehensive strength has been continuously enhanced,and the construction of cultural confidence has gradually become one of the important goals of national construction.At the same time,deepening reform comprehensively,education reform also put forward the core quality of cultivating students' development.As the future builders and successors of the socialist cause,middle school students will become the main force in the construction of the cultural power in the future.The middle school political teachers as the backbone of middle school ideological and political education work,not only need to teach students the basic cultural knowledge,but also through the education teaching to cultivate students the correct ideas,to shape healthy personality of students.Therefore,middle school political teachers have an important time mission in the construction of cultural confidence and the cultivation of students' core qualities.Moreover,the cultural accomplishment of middle school political teachers is also an important driving force to realize their professional development.Therefore,it is of great realistic value to pay attention to the cultural accomplishment of middle school political teachers.By referring to the existing research,we can see that there are many researches on the political teacher literacy of middle schools,and the research is carried out from several perspectives,especially the core quality.Research about teachers' literacy have some too,from the relationship between teachers' professional development and literacy level of teachers' cultural literacy studies have involved,but the study of middle school political teachers' cultural quality still needs to strengthen.Due to the richness of cultural connotation,there are many opinions on the definition of cultural literacy and lack of specific research perspective.Therefore,this paper will define the cultural literacy of middle school political teachers from the narrow sense of cultural concept,and analyze the cultural accomplishment of middle school political teachers mainly from the professional spirit of teachers.However,the cultivation of teachers' professional spirit depends on the accumulation of cultural knowledge centered on professional knowledge and the exercise and improvement of personal ability in practice.Based on this,this paper mainly studies from the perspective of professional knowledge and practice.According to the analysis of questionnaire survey and the interview results,this paper summarizes middle school political teachers' literacy status quo,found that there were a professional access standard is not strict,young teachers literacy promotion way lack,lack of cultural quality improve the external environment of the problem.Through the problem analysis,found that the main reason of the problem is: under the new circumstances of political subjects tend to be marginalized,middle school political teacher learning mechanism is not perfect,not enough scientific management mechanism.Combined with the cause of the problem,this paper gives the countermeasures and Suggestions,there are three main aspects,define the subject orientation of middle school politics,politics subject status,including reviewing middle school political teacher appointment standards strictly,strengthen the middle school political teachers' professional confidence.Second,to improve the learning mechanism of middle school political teachers,including the direct way to provide the knowledge of learning culture;To provide a platform for cultural display and communication of disciplines;Strengthen campus culture construction,create a strong cultural atmosphere.To improve the management mechanism of political teachers in middle schools,including the role model of party members,formulate comprehensive evaluation system and establish reasonable teacher training system.
