Research On The Development Path Of Industry Characteristic Universities

In China's higher education system,the industry featured colleges occupy an important position by virtue of their advantages and characteristics.With the acceleration of China's economic and social development trend,under this environment,the industry characteristic universities are facing many problems,but at the same time,there are more opportunities.Therefore,the industry characteristic universities should face their own problems,seize the opportunity and choose their own development paths.Based on the connotation and characteristics of the industry characteristic university,this paper is based on the core competitiveness theory,comparative advantage theory,convergence theory and synergy theory.The macro and micro factors that influence the development path of universities in the process of historical development are analyzed in detail,such as policy environment,government support,industry boom and the direction of talents training.Use case analysis to sum up the experience and development path of some representative colleges with industry characteristics,including the integrated type high level research university to build roads,discipline the main characteristics of the subject groups,according to the industry needs talent training mode and the establishment of various characteristics of the implementation of collaborative innovation alliance and a series of development path selection and implementation.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external environment,strengths and weaknesses of the industry oriented universities,so as to ensure that a reasonable and optimized development path can achieve the goal.Finally,it analyzes and summarizes the path selection of the development road of the industry characteristic university.
