Study On The Characteristics Of Ethnic Universities In The View Of Cultural Ecology

Along with the proposal of "double first-class" construction in colleges and universities in our country in the new period,the competition between higher education institutions is becoming more and more fierce.As our national institutions of higher learning,colleges and universities in our country face the increasingly serious problem of "de-characterization".Nowadays,in the knowledge-based economy and society,education has become the source of human resources.Higher education,as an important part of personnel training,has formed and developed the characteristics of running colleges and universities.The establishment of world-class universities and first-class disciplines has become the development of higher education in all countries the trend of.Colleges and universities for ethnic groups are an important part of higher education in our country.They undertake the important task of training ethnic minority groups and outstanding cadres.How to Break the Pattern of "One School on One School" and "Convergence of Style" in Higher Education Institutions under the Condition of "Dual First-rate" to Promote the Competitiveness and Reputation of Higher Education Institutions in Higher Education Has Been a Hot Issue in Ethnic Higher Education.This study tries to take Qinghai H University as the research object and cultural ecology as the research perspective.Based on the present situation and influencing factors of H university's running characteristics,H field research and case study are conducted by means of literature research and investigation.Data collection,data processing and analysis as well as on-the-spot investigation found that questionnaires and interviews were used as research tools to collect data.On the one hand,there is a single university H within the school running characteristics,the external policy environment interfered with the development of running schools,Regional economy and other issues to adapt;on the other hand,the construction of H University's school-running characteristics is mainly affected by external natural and social factors as well as the internal characteristics of the composition of factors.On the basis of the investigation of the status quo of the characteristics of running a university,the reasons analysis and the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward the strategies of external development and internal development of the running characteristics of the ethnic groups colleges and universities,that is,the external development strategies: On the natural level,The special construction should be based on the regional environment;At the social level,Characteristic construction should expand external policy space,Characteristic construction should be adapted to local economic development,Characteristic construction should explore and maintain excellent ethnic culture.Internal development strategy: Characteristics of the concept of running the school is the origin;Characteristics of teachers is to protect the construction;Construction of specialty is the cornerstone;Characteristics of the campus culture is the atmosphere.Aiming at further improving the characteristic construction system of running colleges and universities of ethnic groups in our country and making reference to the forming and development of characteristics of running a school in ethnic groups and universities.
