PCK plays an important role in the professional development of normal students,and it is also an important theoretical basis for the development of normal students' cultivation strategies.Understanding the PCK situation of normal students and putting forward the cultivation strategy of PCK for normal students from many aspects are of great practical significance and practical value to promote the professional development of normal students,build a bridge between pre-service teacher and post vocational teachers' PCK development,and make normal students grow quickly from novice teachers to skilled teachers and even excellent teachers.This study divide into theoretical research and empirical research.The main content of theoretical research is to review domestic and international research results on PCK.Through related theoretical analysis,this study consider that the constituent elements of normal students' PCK mainly include curriculum and textbook knowledge,knowledge about students,and knowledge of teaching strategies.At the same time,this study preliminarily explore the construction mechanism of normal students' PCK through the improvement of the students' self-learning ability,the learning of specialized subject knowledge,the mastery of educational theory knowledge,and the accumulation of teaching practice knowledge.The main content of empirical research is to use the literature method,questionnaire survey method,video analysis method,text analysis method to grasp the current situation of the PCK of normal students,and find out three major problems: First of all,curriculum and textbook knowledge of normal students is lack.Secondly,the accumulation of students' knowledge in normal students is insufficient.Third,the level of normal students' knowledge of teaching strategies is low.Finally,according to the results of the above qualitative research and quantitative research,from the perspective of the three elements of normal students' PCK,the cultivation strategy to promote the development of normal students' PCK is proposed.In summary,the research on normal students' PCK is of great significance,and rich research results have also been achieved currently.However,the assessment and measurement tools for normal students' PCK need to be improved and the theoretical research and empirical exploration of normal students' PCK also needs to be deepened.
