In the knowledge society, it's an important way of personal knowledge management effectively to enhance their competitiveness and promote their development. The studies on teachers' personal knowledge management have shown that teachers' personal knowledge management plays an important role in promoting professional development of teachers. The importance of College Normal Students carrying out personal knowledge management is self-evident. If College Normal Students can implement personal knowledge management effectively, their learning ability, knowledge power and competitiveness will be enhanced, their overall quality and ability will be improved. The College Normal Students are future teachers and knowledge workers. Personal development and the teaching profession need College Normal Students to do well in personal knowledge management.In the thesis, the author aims to detect the specific problems by grasping the reality in the personal knowledge management of College Normal Students, locate and explain the reasons for the problems, and then propose some solutions which help College Normal Students to combine personal knowledge management and professional learning effectively after referring relevant theories. The author expects to provide some useful reference for the practice of College Normal Students' personal knowledge management.After arranging the interrelated achievements of personal knowledge management research, the author designed the investigation questionnaire of personal knowledge management for College Normal Students and carried on this study combining the methods of questionnaire and interview. The analysis of the sample data using SPSS15.0shows that the overall situation of their personal knowledge management of College Normal Students is not very well. There aren't any differences between the boys and the girls, between the liberal arts students and the science students. While, there are significance differences between the different grades and between the different schools in some dimensions. The author obtained some important influence factors of personal knowledge management for College Normal Students from these significance differences. Combining with the results of the interview survey, the author proposed five problems in the personal knowledge management of College Normal Students. The five problems are as follows:there are general lack of awareness of personal knowledge management for the College Normal Students; they pay much attention to acquiring knowledge from practice, but ignore the acquisition of tacit knowledge; they are short of the behavior of reflection on knowledge; the atmosphere of exchanging and sharing knowledge isn't strong; their awareness of knowledge innovation is very weak and they are lack of effective use of knowledge. In the process of searching the reasons behind these problems, referring the results of interview survey, the author further tapped the influence factors of personal knowledge management for College Normal Students, explored and analyzed the reasons at three levels of the normal college, university teachers and the College Normal Students both in subjective and objective aspects. Following the thoughts:present situation investigation, problem formulation, reason analysis and solution proposal, under the guidance of the principals and targets of personal knowledge management for College Normal Students, the author proposed feasible solutions in the three aspects of the above-mentioned based on three theories as follows:the theory of knowledge of Polanyi, the theory of knowledge conversion mode and the "field" theory of knowledge management.
