Using the methods of literature,investigation and research,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper investigates the overall status of the behavior of job burnout of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Guangzhou,and aims to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the job burnout of physical education teachers in Guangzhou junior middle schools.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:Firstly,the behavior of job burnout is common among physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Guangzhou.There are significant differences between school grades,gender,age,teaching age,education background,professional title and job burnout behavior of physical education teachers.Secondly,the behavior of job burnout top eight physical education teachers in Guangzhou junior middle school are poor standing position,simple and random teaching method,discrimination of individual students,class call,uncivilized language,reproach students,do not prepare lessons carefully,not teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Thirdly,the main factors affecting the behavior of job burnout of Guangzhou junior middle school physical education teachers are as follows: personal factors,professional factors,school factors,social factors and family factors.Fourthly,five suggestions are put forward for the factors affecting physical education teachers' behavior of job burnout,such as individual,occupation,school,society and family.
