The construction of the learning community for teachers and students is an urgent requirement in the reform of ideological and political education in high schools.This theory was gradually introduced into the high school ideological and political classroom,and played an important role in the interest of senior high school students in the study of ideological and political classes,the actual effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political classes,and the smooth development of the teacher-student relationship.This article first studies the theory of learning community for teachers and students,and then analyzes it from the perspective of practice.It focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the process of constructing the learning community for teachers and students in high school ideology and politics,and points out the influencing factors of the problems,and finally actively Exploring the Scientific Path of Constructing Learning Community for Teachers and Students in High School Ideological and Political Courses.The text is divided into four parts:The first part concretely explains the general theory of teacher-student learning community in high school ideological and political courses.First of all,through combing the connotations of the learning community of the community,the learning community,the high school ideological and political classes,and then defining the constituent elements of the learning community for high school ideological and political subjects,and summing up the learning of teachers and students according to the characteristics of high school ideological and political disciplines.The outstanding features that the community should have,and finally explored the main types of teachers and students learning community.This is the starting point of this study.The second part elaborates the construction basis of the learning community for teachers and students in high school ideology and politics.This article discusses theoretical basis and realistic basis,analyzes and draws on the theoretical basis of Marxist community theory,constructivism theory,cooperative interaction theory,group dynamic theory,etc.The practical basis is mainly from the objective needs of the national new curriculum reform and the professional development of teachers.The actual demand and the main demand of high school students' physical and mental development are discussed.The third part analyzes in detail the problems existing in the process of constructing the learning community for teachers and students in high school ideological and political subjects and the influencing factors of existing problems.This paper discusses the issues of lagging concepts,ambiguous goals,lack of ability,and unclear role positioning in the process of constructing the teacher-student learning community.Finally,it analyzes the influencing factors of the problems existing in the teacher-student learning community construction.In the end,this is the focus of this article.The important countermeasures for the construction of the learning community for teachers and students in high school ideological and political courses were made.We will learn from the value-recognition of teachers and students,learn the value of the community,give play to the leading role of the common vision in the teacher-student learning community,actively explore the practice of high school ideological and political lessons for teachers and students,and build high school ideological and political lessons for teachers and students to learn communities to consolidate the evaluation system.An important explanation was given.
