The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020 years)had put forward that"Supporting students to participate in scientific research".However,the situation of participation in scientific research of postgraduates of physical education master's degree is still not good.In order to better understand the situation of participation in scientific research of master's degree in physical education,and further find out the problems.This research takes three universities of Central China Normal University,Hubei University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the object of investigation,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview method,mathematical statistics.It focuses on the Master of physical Education from the four aspects of "motivation of scientific research participation","behavior of scientific research participation","scientific research results"and "subjective gains",and puts forward countermeasures to the problem,in order to provide a reference for promoting the formation of Master of physical Education in accordance with the social development of scientific research participation.This paper draws the following conclusion:(1)Lack of motivation for Master of physical Education in scientific research.The postgraduates of physical education are interested in scientific research participation;They realize the importance of participating in scientific research,but they are not sure that they like to participate in scientific research.In the face of difficulties,they are not sure that they can insist on participating in scientific research,which is a habit of lively learning methods for postgraduates of sports master's degree.The external motivation of participating in scientific research is obvious,and it is not out of interest to participate in scientific research,which makes it difficult for the master of physical education to participate in scientific research continuously.;The interest and attitude of the postgraduates of physical education of Hubei University in participating in scientific research are superior to those of Huazhong normal University and Wuhan Institute of physical Education,which is related to the training plan of Hubei University.Mental-related goals are relevant.(2)Self-discipline is strong,and the time of scientific research participation is different.Participation in academic activities and input of data are the most important forms of scientific research participation for postgraduates of physical education;while leisure and entertainment are not the most important activities for postgraduates of physical education,indicating that postgraduates of physical education have strong self-discipline.Practicing special skills more than participating in scientific research has become the most important activity for postgraduates of physical education.This may be related to the employment situation,some sports graduate students neglect the special skills during the period,resulting in the failure to find a satisfactory job after graduation;sports graduate students will occasionally cooperate with their classmates to participate in scientific research;research participation number of Master of physical Education postgraduates in Central China normal University better than Wuhan Institute of physical Education.(3)The number of scientific research achievements per capita is less,while the number of individual scientific research achievements is fair.Most sports graduate students have not participated in the subject,difficult to publish high-level scientific research results.This is related to the low requirements for scientific research achievements of masters of physical education.(4)The masters of physical education generally agree with the gains brought about by their participation in scientific research,but the specific subjective gains show different levels.The masters of physical education feels that the most rewarding thing is to master the basic norms of thesis writing,the lowest harvest is that participating in scientific research can make them publish high-level papers;and there is no significant difference in demographic variables of scientific research involved in subjective harvest.(5)Grade,school,master's degree category,major is the factor that affects the sports graduate student's scientific research participation.The concrete manifestation is:the research participation interest of the postgraduates of physical education master in different grades,the number of the scientific research participation and the scientific research achievement are significant difference,the research participation interest of the first research is the highest,the scientific research participation of the third research is the highest,the research result of the third research is the highest;The interest,attitude and times of participating in scientific research in different schools were significantly different.Hubei University had the highest number of times of participation in scientific research,and Central China normal University had the highest number of times of participating in scientific research.The number of scientific research participation and the achievements of scientific research are superior to those of the postgraduates of physical education with academic degree.There are significant differences in the number of scientific research participation in different grades,sports humanities sociology is superior to physical education teaching,sports training,competition organization,physical education training is superior to physical education teaching,sports training.On the basis of this study,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to solve the above problems:(1)Improve the motivation of scientific research participation.The master of physical education needs to stimulate the motivation of internal scientific research participation and set up scientific research values;the college should pay attention to cultivate the love of sports graduate students for scientific research participation and run scientific research dynamic education through all kinds of activities;strengthen the psychological goal in the training program.(2)Strengthen the attention and input of scientific research participation behavior.The institute should strengtien the attention to research participation of masters of physical education,increase the support of scientific research funds and equipment,and improve the evaluation system of academic activities;pay attention to the comprehensive development of masters of physical education,strengthen the self-discipline consciousness while practicing special skills,and participate in scientific research according to the plan.(3)Strengthen the cultivation of the creation of thesis.The institute should increase the content of scientific research and training in the course,and hold the paper writing,select and exchange activities on a regular basis;and the masters of physical education should set up a high-distance scientific research achievement goal,grasp the best period of publication of scientific research results.(4)Cultivate high quality subjective gains through high-level scientific research activities.The masters of physical education should pay attention to improving their own scientific research strength,seize the opportunity to participate in scientific research V projects;strengthen communication and exchange,actively obtain contacts with mentors,peers,etc,and discuss academic studies and enrich knowledge.
