Learning difficulties are common problems in school education at home and abroad.The study of students with learning difficulties has always been a topic of great concern to experts and scholars as well as teachers in the field.The high school stage is the transition from primary education to higher education.This is the main period during which students learn and think.Compared with junior high school,the content,depth and breadth of senior high school have a deeper requirement on learning ability.There are some differences in teaching methods among different senior high schools.In the process of teaching,some teachers lack of transition in teaching,So that some senior high school students may enter into a vicious cycle of "learning disabilities,learning difficulties and academic decline.At the time of university entrance examination,the society,schools and parents concerned too much about academic achievement,enrollment rate and excellent rate so as to enable students at senior secondary level to study hard.Particularly prominent.Many high school Chinese science students have certain fear of studying math subjects,others have satisfactory grades,but their math scores are far from satisfactory.Mathematics is an important part of human cultural achievement.It plays a very important role in the process of forming individual rational thinking and promoting individual growth and development.Mathematical knowledge is a compulsory basic subject in the study life of liberal arts students.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss how to solve the maths learning difficulties of liberal arts students and to improve the quality and efficiency of their learning so that they can learn better.Based on this,this paper studies the analysis of high school students' distress and their teaching strategies.Firstly,it studies the relevant theoretical concepts,then analyzes the current situation of mathematics teaching for high school majors,and then uses the questionnaire to analyze the students of the first middle school of Bijie Mathematics learning difficulties to start the research,and with its inspiration,the corresponding high school math students mathematics learning difficulties analysis and teaching development direction,and finally the development of high school science maths teaching direction of development,with a view to China's high school liberal arts math Teaching reform and optimization help.
