Entrusted by the Ministry of Education,nearly 100 experts and scholars from Peking University set up a special task force,and released the final research results "The core literacy of Chinese students" in September 2016 after three years' efforts.The core of the system is "person of all-round development ",the core accomplishment of student development has been divided into three aspects,including six major qualities and 18 key points.Among which,the students' "learn to learn" accomplishment is one of the six great qualities,which is of great significance to the development of students.Hard work is the primary task of college students who major in physical education,so "learning to learn" is also necessary,and it is also the key ability that needs to be cultivated in the study.It includes learning attitude and cognition,learning methods and skills,learning strategies and thinking and so on.The proposal and cultivation of "Learning to learn" mainly based on the guidance of educational policy,students' social adaptability requirements and physical education students.Among them,some students have unclear learning cognition,unclear learning plan,lack of interest in learning,poor learning habits and so on.Therefore,students who major in physical education shall improve their learning attitude and behavior in time,conform to the development of the times,get rid of the shackles of traditional educational concepts,and transform from passive learning to active learning so as to gradually improve learning ability.In terms of research method,the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on are adopted in this paper,and a total of 550 sophomore and senior students who major in physical education of five universities in Jiangsu Province are selected to be investigated through questionnaire.The content of the investigation includes clear learning cognition,the formulation of learning plan,practice and the utilization of learning environment.From the point of view of reality,the present situation of "learning to learn" among students who major in physical education in colleges and universities are investigated in the paper,and relevant opinions and suggestions on the development of students who major in physical education are putforward.The findings include: 1.The study attitude of the students who major in physical education is improving,and the learning practice is lacked.2.Students who major in physical education have a strong sense of making learning goals,but the implementation of plan is not satisfying.3.The study behavior of physical education students is mixed as there is polarization.4.The situation of students' learning environment is not good,and the learning atmosphere needs to be improved.The ways of promotion are considered from students,teachers and environment,including: 1.Students know clearly about learning and improve their inner drive of physical education learning.2.Make the goal of physical education study and make clear plan.3.Improve physical education learning behavior,develop good learning habits.4.Improve and standardize their own teaching ability.5.Widen the channel of physical education teaching and carry out the "second class".6.Expand the content of physical education,improve students' ability in adapting to the society.7.Optimize the campus sports culture environment,enhance the influence of sports culture.8.Improve the sports facilities and equipment,as well as the utilization of resources.
